    Nothing but rust underneath

Bought a 2011 Jeep, cash, 8k. First day heard rattling underneath the vehicle. Took it to my mechanic and was told the car had water damage. They basically sold me a lemon. Never again. I won't be shocked if they are selling flooded vehicles there.DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS, it's definitely a rip off.

what a lousy company. Please whatever you do don't waste your time here. Dear John, I can't believe we attempted to make any bussiness with you. On 3/10 we came by to see your Red Audi A5 S Line. Before coming in you told us to come by and you would work out a price with us. We drove 45 min to see you. You barely let us test drive the car because you stated that you get car sick. Then after test driving your first words were "The Price is not negotiable." Leaving us confused. We told you from the beginning what we were willing to pay. You said you would work with us. Your definition of working with us is lowering the price by $400 on a $14,000 car. After discussing with you for about 30 min you informed us the lowest you could go was $14,750. We TOLD you that we would think about it, followed by asking you if you'd be in the following day 3/11. You told us that it was fine and that we could sleep on it. We had $13,500 cash. All we needed was to wait until the following day to get the remaining $1,250 from the bank as it was Sunday and they were closed. It's now 3/11. We stop by the insurance company and pay a $200 deposit for full coverage on the vehicle. We arrive at your dealership again to purchase the vehicle and you decide to raise the price on us and not sell it to us because someone else was going to come by and look at it today. What kind of bussiness is this? You wasted our time, our money and our patience While discussing back and fourth with you, you rudely snatched the keys out of my husbands hands and stated "The cars not up for sale anymore, how about that?" I'm sorry but to whomever is reading this. Please stay away. There is a reason this place is a 1 star. Not only that but John openly admitted that he sold a messed up car to his customers in the past. I mean who does that! STAY AWAY!!!!!! PLEASE!

This is just one of 2 major bills I had the day after buying a car from Silva Auto, there is a Florida Lemon Law that protects buyers!

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

We stopped at this Carmax to check out some used cars for sale and maybe test drive one or two…read more The way it works is that you basically have a Self-Service system here. You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

Chad handled everything from start to finish, providing top-notch service that was both friendly and professional. Living in PA while the dealership is in FL, I was initially hesitant, but Chad and the team made me feel secure and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Chad was so accommodating and even FaceTime'd me so that I could see the car and hear it running etc. Expert Auto even took the car on my behalf to the PPI I arranged, which was a huge relief, especially when I had to set up a second inspection due to a miscommunication with the first. Sam and Chad were understanding and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Negotiations were fair and quick, and the paperwork was a breeze. They also helped me arrange for the car to be transported up to PA from FL at a very fair price through a 3rd party that they work with. I have zero complaints and would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They're changing the game for used car sales (absolutely nothing like the stereotype), and I've already recommended them to some friends. Thanks so much again, Chad and Sam! You guys are the best! PS - I absolutely ADORE my car!!

I tried to give it a chance, but after this encounter, I can't say they are the best to go with. If you can, it's better to just buy the vehicle straight from the maker's dealership. Instead of the whole story, I will list the pros and my story for the cons. *Pros* Fast - In and out in a few hours Friendly(ish) - Majority of the staff was welcoming *Cons* TLDR - Chad sold me a van and failed to mention all of it's multi-thousand dollar issues beforehand (check engine light came on the 2nd day after being bought!), and for some reason falsely accused me of lying on several occasions, which I considered odd as I took time out of my week trying to help us BOTH out and there is literally no reason to lie! I just wanted good service and to go on about my day! Very disappointed in how service and communication was conducted at Expert Auto Group. Summarized story: I bought a sprinter van with Chad being the one to sell it to me. Did a thorough walk-around and noticed it was pretty banged up but could possibly be fixed. Noticed light coming in through the van, and asked about it and he said it shouldn't be an issue. Bought it, then it rained a few days later and flooded a portion of the van next to the electronics I had there and almost got me ELECTROCUTED since I was near it! Confronted Chad and he insist there was no leak even though there was water in the van during our walk through before I bought it, but I thought it was something else, but then it started to click. Eventually he offered to fix it and I shopped around for days trying to look for the best price so that it wouldn't hurt any of our pockets and it was hard to get someone who could work on a van that size, so he offered to have someone he knows fix it. Dropped my van off for 4 days thinking this body shop guy is fixing the huge dent and leak spot that I've been telling Chad I can't find anyone to fix. This guy "fixes" the leak with some weird, ugly, white paste in 2 spots that of course doesn't match my van AND all the dents are still on the vehicle!!! Then Chad tells me out of nowhere it's $300 out of pocket for me! No heads up or anything on my 2hr 30min drive over here saying that I was going to pay that much, and no pictures to show what was done! I asked why this terrible job was $300 and where was the receipt and he asked me why I need a receipt.. The guy "supposedly" charged him $800 for the sloppy work and I am just supposed to believe it without an invoice or any proof. Could have just been making that number up! If he would have given me an estimate beforehand, like I gave him the courtesy of trying to find a good one for him, I would have told him I'll just buy the materials and he can cover a portion of that. Would have saved me the long drive and multiple days without a van. Plus I would have gotten some of the dents out as well for way less. Then I told him I already had to pay for a lot of damages to the vehicle after I drove it off the lot. Things he failed to mention that were busted before I bought this thing, like broken seatbelt sensor which cost $338. Also, the 2 front broken tire pressure sensors, clogged DPF filter, faulty up & downstream NOX sensors which all in total would have equaled a few THOUSAND more dollars, but my local Mercedes with ACTUAL 5 star service looked out for me and made me feel like they were actively trying to save me money with suggestions and tips! I mentioned the damages to Chad and he didn't believe me and wanted proof, yet he could not provide the proof of the $800 "roof leak fix". Then he said I did some major wiring in the van that could have caused some damage which shocked me because I was trying to figure out what he was talking about since I DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Just a straight lie! Anyway, now I'm down $300 more and drove home feeling conned. If 5 stars is what they wanted, it should have been a stress free buying experience!

Throughout the sales process, I repeatedly asked questions about the financing terms, the total cost of the vehicle, and exactly what I would be responsible for paying. Salesperson Jeremy Rivas consistently focused on my BMW X1 trade-in, my $15,000 down payment, and the monthly payment of $1,444.79. I spent hours reviewing the numbers and trying to fully understand the transaction. I still have the worksheet used during the negotiation. It contains the trade-in value, down payment, monthly payment, and financing term. However, it does not mention a balloon payment of $42,568.75 anywhere on the document. I left the dealership believing my obligation consisted of my trade-in vehicle, my down payment, and 36 monthly payments. Only later, after logging into my BMW Financial Services account, did I discover that the contract included a final balloon payment of $42,568.75. My complaint is not that the balloon payment exists. My complaint is that such a significant financial obligation was never clearly explained to me despite my repeated questions and despite the obvious language barrier. Had this obligation been clearly disclosed and explained, I would never have agreed to this financing structure. Customers deserve transparency and clear communication when making major financial decisions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at BMW of Pompano Beach.
