The unit was still under the factory warranty given its age of only 10 months. Here's the outstanding service: Our repair window was 7/2/18 between 1 and 4. Jeremiah arrived at 1 sharp to begin the job. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he explained in full detail why the malfunction occurred as well as what and why he was doing what he was doing with each step of the fix. Within hours we had an ice maker making ice again! Not only would I recommend this company, but I'd ask specifically for Jeremiah if I ever needed further/follow-up service.
