I've actually had two different sheds built by this company. The shed is overall pretty good. The communication with Heather at the office and the builders during the build day is extremely lacking. The builders built my shed at an angle to the property line and every surrounding structure and didn't bother to tell me that they supposedly had an issue that required not following my instructions on where to build it. I had brought up a possible issue well in advance to the build and was assured it would not be a problem. I was arms-length from the builders and they could have simply spoken with me and come up with a solution, but they are too focused on getting out as fast as possible and seem dead set on not communicating with me as the customer. Both times the finishing touches were very lacking - plan on having to recaulk anything they caulk and rework any door hardware. They installed the man-door at a bad angle, so it won't stay open, which is very annoying for a storage situation, and the barn doors barely open - I have to rework it when I have time. Overall they just want to be in and out and don't want to fuss with any details. If that works for you, it's decent, but plan on being VERY flexible on the final product - they just don't care. read more

Surebuilt Structures showed up on time both days. They texted to let me know when they were showing up every morning. When it got too hot yesterday 08/09/18 at around 12:45 they needed to stop due to the excessive heat and who can blame them! At that point they completed about 90% of the build. They returned today 08/10/18 nice and early 6:00AM and was done by 9:45 AM today with everything. So basically one full day to do our build. Job quality was/is very good. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day yesterday and again today. The workers Roy and Luke were very nice to deal with and actually had great sense of humors. Easy to talk with and I asked questions which they never minded at all about the build. So with all that said would I recommend them to my friends and neighbors absolutely YES. Am I satisfied with them yes. A++. I would use them again 100%. They priced it fair to other builders as well. They can paint them as well for addition fee. I plan to paint mine myself. They do custom builds as well with other options such as metal roof, different doors, sizes, etc. read more

Not what I bargained for! Substituted material for flooring and now I have a soft spot at a seam where the flooring flexes. Left over 100 roofing nails exposed without sealing. Including the ridge cap. They do NOT use underlayment under the roofing. I wouldn't let them put the shingles on without it so I had to go buy it and then they charged me $150 more to put it on. Even then they missed covering all the wood sheeting! It goes on and on. From throwing material around and breaking corners and edges to not matching up the boards they scabbed together. They hit and broke a fence post when they were coming in and never said a word until we confronted them at the end of the day as they were leaving. The owner finally showed up to look at the post and wouldn't even look at the shed. I asked him if it was costomery for them to build such substandard building AND HE SAID YES!!
