We were a little overwhelmed by the massive amount hot tubs that are out there, even after doing a bunch of research. We ended up narrowing our brands down to a couple; one of which was Hot Springs. We went into Leisure Pool-n-Spa and it was just a pleasant experience from that point forward. Sandra came over to help my wife and I look and even though we were expecting to have some pressure on purchasing, it was completely the opposite. She could not have been nicer, ZERO pressure, and extremely informative. She was also very patient with us while we were asking a ton of questions and going across their showroom between all the different models. She had a large amount of knowledge with every model and showed us all the minor differences between them. I also have known the owner of the business for many years as I have relied on them to service our pool. Through the years he has always treated me as a top priority and did whatever needed to be done to resolve the pool issue....that's including finding pumps, filters, etc. that I was needing as quickly as possible. My research has shown that the big part of buying a hot tub is making sure you have a good service department that comes along with it and me knowing that Leisure has already proven themselves to me with first hand experience that has spanned years....made the purchase decision that much easier. I had problems with my Hot Springs Salt System generating chlorine and took my water in to get an analysis. Sandra at Leisure Pool and Spa analyzed my water sample and told me exactly how to fix this issue to get rid of the ammonia to get the system working again. Sandra was very professional, friendly, and helped me understand what was causing the issue. Saved a service visit. Definitely recommend buying from them. read more

Disappointed. Took my pool water sample in on Saturday morning 10::0am...a line of 10 people and only one employee. After a 30 minute wait, we were asked to leave our sample with out contact information. No call. Tried to call 7 times Monday...no answer. read more

Leisure Pool-N-Spa delivered as promised. I purchased a Hot Springs Spa in 2020. At the time the sales person stated one of the biggest benefits of buying from them and not a costco or the hot sale at the trac was if I ever had a problem they would be there to help me through it. After two years, I had a major problem. My hot tub developed a leak, they came out and determined they could not fix it on site, so they had to take it to their shop. After a week or so they determined my tub had a ton of micro cracks in the shell, and it had to be replaced under warranty. They helped through the entire warranty process and went over and above to find me an alternative spa as the manufacture was about 6 months behind in its production of my current model. Within 6 weeks, I now have a brand new hot tub delivered, water balanced and ready for the start of hot tub season. From the office team (Brian and James) to the delivery team (Dan and the guys), and of course Shara who is a chemical wizard and gave me a complete run down of the new spa, the service has been top notch! We had a great shopping experience at Leisure Pool-n-Spa. Found the hot tub we liked, got a fair price and arrangements for delivery in less than an hour. The Manager - Brian - was terrific in helping us out. Sadly, Brian passed away before our hot tub was delivered and our condolences to his family and staff at Leisure. The guys who delivered our hot tub - Jose, Marco and Roberto - were equally as good. They were friendly, walked us through the best place to put the tub and had it installed in 45 minutes or less. I was first hesitant after the couple of reviews that are posted on yelp. You can't judge a business based on a couple of bad reviews by people would could have been having bad days. So here's my experience. We had been in the market for a spa for a while and finally decided to check out leisure pool and spas. When we arrived it was only a matter of a couple of minutes before we were told that someone would be with us shortly. I like to be able to walk around and look at things before i question product. Jason approached us and we told exactly what we wanted. We didn't want a hot tub that was high maintenance and outrageously expensive. After looking at multiple tubs we decided on one but wanted to look around at a couple other places. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured into buying a tub. We left the store and after walking in and almost right out of a competitor store, we headed back to leisure pool and spa. Jason hooked us up with a discount and some freebies. (We didn't even have to ask). Jason knows his spas and has a lot of confidence in selling spas. He's been doing this a while. We waiting a brutal 6 weeks (i say brutal because we wanted it that day ;)). When the spa arrived a group of 3 men showed up to set the spa up. With in 1 hour they were gone. They were professional, educational, and have a great system for getting the spas set up. After getting the hot tub wired I had questions and took a water sample in. They ran a test (free) and told me exactly what to do. I went home and did as they said and like that, my spa started working perfectly again. It didn't stop there. Jason (after hours) came by our house to show us hands on how to care for our spa. I will absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a spa. We have been customers at Leisure Pools for 2 decades. They have sold and maintained spas for us (we move a lot so have had multiple spas that stay with homes we've sold), taught me how to care for a chlorinated pool, and most recently put in a salt water pool for me. While that pool installation came with some challenges, the staff at Leisure Pool were ALWAYS friendly and helpful even when I was upset and grumpy (weather delays). Currently I am struggling with a flow issue and Doug is helping me troubleshoot it. He is super knowledgeable and willing to help anyway he can. If a technician is needed, it may take a few days simply because few full-service pool and spa companies exist in the Tri-Cities. Once they come, problems are quickly solved and the technicians take the time to explain what they are doing and how to avoid problems in the future. Understand that this is a busy place and, on occasion, customers have to wait their turn. Be patient and the staff will take care of you as quickly as they can. Buyer beware!! We were told when looking at this spa that there is a person that is certified that will come to your house to provide support. We were not told that there would be a charge. When I called the owner he said that we should have used the manual to trouble shoot. We do not have a manual . Very disappointed in the sales pitch and what services we actually get. read more
