We ended up narrowing our brands down to a couple; one of which was Hot Springs. We went into Leisure Pool-n-Spa and it was just a pleasant experience from that point forward. Sandra came over to help my wife and I look and even though we were expecting to have some pressure on purchasing, it was completely the opposite. She could not have been nicer, ZERO pressure, and extremely informative. She was also very patient with us while we were asking a ton of questions and going across their showroom between all the different models. She had a large amount of knowledge with every model and showed us all the minor differences between them. I also have known the owner of the business for many years as I have relied on them to service our pool. Through the years he has always treated me as a top priority and did whatever needed to be done to resolve the pool issue....that's including finding pumps, filters, etc. that I was needing as quickly as possible. My research has shown that the big part of buying a hot tub is making sure you have a good service department that comes along with it and me knowing that Leisure has already proven themselves to me with first hand experience that has spanned years....made the purchase decision that much easier. Even after we had the tub installed, Sandra came to our home and did a hands on tutorial on how to work the thing. Great customer service and a great purchasing experience!

This is the best company ever and has been a complete godsend after some of the other companies…read morewe've had do work for us. Bertins built our concrete pool, stone water feature, gas/stone fire pit, pavers, astroturf, block and metal fence, lighting, and re sodded the yard! They do everything you can imagine! The owner is actively involved in the process of the entire build/design and they only sub out electrical! That's it! One stop shop. Bertins always texted back within the day to answer any questions and accommodated my order changers literally on a weekly basis he always told me "it's your home, I want you to like it". The owner would always come by and double check the crews work and had quite the eye for detail, he was very artistically particular and the end product looked like something from a magazine. Bertins Pools started a month ahead of schedule and the crews worked all hours no matter the weather conditions and even on the weekends! The crews definitely were skilled and respectful, it's all in the details. The crew built us a temporary fence and would always make sure it was secure every day to make sure our husky wouldn't escape and one time our dog dug out so the next day the crew took extra time putting bricks down and making it husky proof. The crews were never asked to do that, they did it because they are thoughtful and great people working for a great company! Bertins always made everything work and even found time in their busy schedule to fix some work a different landscaper messed up just to make it all look better! Bertins also has a great reputation with his suppliers I've noticed when I had to make some last minute changes and it really seems like anything can be made possible with the relationship the owner has built with his people. Also, you definitely can't beat the prices, the owner is such a down to earth guy and even helped us save money.
