Sandra came over to help my wife and I look and even though we were expecting to have some pressure on purchasing, it was completely the opposite. She could not have been nicer, ZERO pressure, and extremely informative. She was also very patient with us while we were asking a ton of questions and going across their showroom between all the different models. She had a large amount of knowledge with every model and showed us all the minor differences between them. I also have known the owner of the business for many years as I have relied on them to service our pool. Through the years he has always treated me as a top priority and did whatever needed to be done to resolve the pool issue....that's including finding pumps, filters, etc. that I was needing as quickly as possible. My research has shown that the big part of buying a hot tub is making sure you have a good service department that comes along with it and me knowing that Leisure has already proven themselves to me with first hand experience that has spanned years....made the purchase decision that much easier. My neighbor recommended Josh to build the roof on our sauna kit building as it was way over our…read moreability level. This involved cutting and installing the roof sheeting, 5 joists and a metal roof with materials included in the kit. I had another prospect but that contractor was delaying my quote even though he'd assured me he could do the job within a couple of weeks. After waiting a week, I called Josh and he came right over, sent me the quote that evening and did the work the next week. It ended up being a challenge as the kit was short on materials requiring the purchase two pieces of cedar sheeting and time consuming thoughtful cuts to use the provided material with very little waste. Another challenge was that our electrical contractor didn't consider the joist placement when installing the conduit so 2 or 3 of the joists needed to be cut to fit over the conduit. His two employees were wonderful! They even honored my request to use the "pretty ones" on the exposed portions. They were respectful men who worked well together, chatting cheerfully without anger or profanity, and took pride in their workmanship. One would assume that is the norm, but experience has shown me that is not the case. I was very pleased with the outcome. I offered to reimburse the cost of the extra sheeting and Josh declined. I will definitely use Radiant Builders for any future needs. This work was done in April. I'm way slow posting my review.

Watermill What a disaster of a company. I spent over $1,000…read moreon one of their pool robots. I use it every day and it works great. It broke at 2.5 years (has a 2 year warranty) and when I brought it back they said it is cheaper to buy a new one ($600 to repair). So I bought another one since I liked it so much. This time, it broke at 23 months so I brought it back to have it repaired. They told me, "It sucks to be you because you didn't register it when you bought it." I didn't realize I was supposed to do this. But I called Dolphin the company that made the robot and they said, "Not a problem, it is still under warranty, we'll fix it for you free of charge." I had already left the robot at Watermill hoping they would fix it. I showed up 2.5 weeks later since I knew it was under warranty and thought they would put 2 and 2 together and figure out like me that it was under warranty. The woman at the counter said, "we haven't had a time to take a look at it yet." She then said, "that isn't my department, there is nothing I can do." I said back to her, "If there was nothing you could do about it, then you souldn't have taken it 2.5 weeks ago. I asked for the robot back and quite frustrated I dropped one swear word saying, "don't waste my time if you were not going to fix it." I then left the store and a man comes out to my truck saying, "Don't you ever talk to my employees like that again, if you ever come back here I will trespass you!" Wow, that is all I can say. Never quite had an experience like this at any store in my life before. I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is not like I did not give them hard earned money buying thousands of dollars worth of pool equipment and supplies here.
