July 3rd at noon the pool was still not done. Called the owner 3 times with no response. Notified the office and finally get a call back around 5p stating the pool was done and that I would be added to the weekly service. Guess what... THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AGAIN! And the pool is green! Do not use this company! I went to Watermill across from the mall, they were excellent. Actually explained everything to me, what to add to the pool etc! If you want to get told several times they would be there or "we will let Daren know". Then A1 is the place for you... if you want someone that takes the time to explain to you what the pool needs, shows you how to run the pump (if you're new like me). Then go to WaterMill!

Twice the owner has come back to correct them after payment and service saying that vacuuming is not included and then tried to charge me for it after. This year he said our account was flagged for non-payment of vacuuming services. Buddy if you don't want negative reviews for your company and you want to be paid more for your services, train your staff to bid correctly or eat the cost.
