The team from Bernd Moving did an incredible job on our move. We have moved 11 times prior to this move, and the team from Bernd Moving Systems was by far the best we have ever encountered! We ended up not being able to move into our new home that we are having built on time, but they were able to put everything in storage for us. Even with having to touch each box multiple times, loading and unloading for storage, all items came in unbroken and in perfect condition! And the boxes had such good labeling we were able to find items that we needed out right away without any difficulty. Tina did the most incredible job of packing very fragile items without a single break! Andy the driver was able to whip that truck in between trees's and sharp corners without any difficultly and Brian was so courteous and professional. The entire team was great. This company is AWESOME... and truly deserves 10 stars!!! We used Bernd Moving for 2 back to back moves, one intrastate and one interstate, and also had them pack both of our entire houses. From the 1st phone call with Curtis, through the planning process, then the packing, loading and then to the delivery of our furniture, every single person we encountered was professional, courteous, dependable, timely, and most importantly, incredibly honest and ethical. We found out we had to move our office in 2 weeks! I was very stressed at that point Becuz we had been in the office for about 10 years! I did not think that I would be able to find a moving company that could do it in that short of time. I called Bernd moving and they were so nice. We used Bernd Moving to move across town. It was one of those situations where we had to be out of our present home on a specific date, but our new home wasn't quite ready. We went back and forth with the builder on a closing date and had to change our pickup and delivery dates twice. For our interstate move, the Bernd team, including Curtis and Alanna, were friendly, clear, and efficient. They packed our valuables, fragile items and wall art with care, and they were right on schedule for both loading and unloading. They also gave us very valuable tips for our own packing. Brian, Anthony, Robbie, Tyson were professional and did a great job. The quote was prompt and comprehensive and the crew arrived on time and were as quick and careful as they could be. Reassembly of larger furniture could have been quicker but was disorganized and so took a lot longer than expected however the job was done well in the end and every care was taken to try not to damage any items or walls etc. Overall highly satisfied. read more
