The repair lasted for 3 uses and when I called to ask them to stand behind their work I was blamed for breaking the bolt due to improper use of my old system. They came back to replace the bolt (took 20 minutes, tho I was billed for 2.5 hrs of labor initially) and didn't charge me for parts or labor on the second visit. The owner told me I had broken the bolt by misusing the system and he would not do any future service of my old system, though he couldn't find anything else wrong with it. He was pissed that I asked them to stand behind their overpriced work. good riddance! Do't use these guys!

It broke at 2.5 years (has a 2 year warranty) and when I brought it back they said it is cheaper to buy a new one ($600 to repair). So I bought another one since I liked it so much. This time, it broke at 23 months so I brought it back to have it repaired. They told me, "It sucks to be you because you didn't register it when you bought it." I didn't realize I was supposed to do this. But I called Dolphin the company that made the robot and they said, "Not a problem, it is still under warranty, we'll fix it for you free of charge." I had already left the robot at Watermill hoping they would fix it. I showed up 2.5 weeks later since I knew it was under warranty and thought they would put 2 and 2 together and figure out like me that it was under warranty. The woman at the counter said, "we haven't had a time to take a look at it yet." She then said, "that isn't my department, there is nothing I can do." I said back to her, "If there was nothing you could do about it, then you souldn't have taken it 2.5 weeks ago. I asked for the robot back and quite frustrated I dropped one swear word saying, "don't waste my time if you were not going to fix it." I then left the store and a man comes out to my truck saying, "Don't you ever talk to my employees like that again, if you ever come back here I will trespass you!" Wow, that is all I can say. Never quite had an experience like this at any store in my life before. I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is not like I did not give them hard earned money buying thousands of dollars worth of pool equipment and supplies here.

This company is horrible. Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. The biggest problem is that the gates do not line up properly when they close, making them difficult to use. Both gate latches also fail to close correctly. I even asked them to fix one latch because it was originally installed on the outside of the fence, but it still doesn't function properly after their attempt to correct it. The overall craftsmanship is poor. The spacing between the fence boards is inconsistent throughout the entire fence, with some gaps much wider than others. It gives the fence an unprofessional appearance and makes it obvious that little attention was paid to detail. I expected much better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.
