My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you. ​

I guess it pissed them off because my next bill included an extra $65.00 for miscellaneous trash removal. I saw the mower make an extra trip to the truck to dump grass so I assumed the $65 was the standard fee plus $15 for an extra long area. No. The full $65 was for one extra trip to the truck. I'm not sure what they did but I soon realized my sod was dying. I have dead grass spots...I mean really dead...along the patio and the fence where the new sod was just placed. I checked the cameras around the yard but all I could see was the mower stopping and the workers standing there talking. When I cancelled service I got a pleasant "Ok thanks." The passive-aggressive attitude is more than I'll tolerate. Do NOT use this service.

Dave has been doing our irrigation turn on & winterization for many years. this guy doesn't…read moreunderstand what appointment is. he said he will come out certain day and no show and no calls. he finally came out few days ago without letting us know first but couldn't start the timer so i agreed to install a new one. at that time, i asked him what is the total cost and he said $150 including the timer and he will come back next day. again, no show or no call. someone knocked on the door today/Sunday and it was Dave, he said timer was $20 more and we said o.k. and then later he claimed it was $30 more. at first he said he bought it at Home Depot and later he said he got it at Walmart. he installed it and adjust couple sprinkler heads (later i found out this few seconds work was $70) he said one of the sprinkler head is broken and it will be $30-$40 to fix it and i told him our handyman will take care of it. he boasted he's so busy he's buying 3rd house in cash. after he was done installing the timer, he said it will be $250. i reminded him of what he said few days ago that total cost will be $150 + extra $20 for 9 station timer since he couldn't find the 6 station timer. he got upset yelling at me that he is not ripping us off and he's been royal to us(we're the customer), he has a license now, he needs to pay liability insurance and his employees and kept talking in loud voice no one will come out on Sunday and all that. i quietly reminded him that we never asked him to come out on Sunday, he supposed to be here few days ago. i told him to send me the invoice and i will pay him and he yelled at me, i won't be getting any invoice from him (he never gave us invoice for 13+ years.) and i always try to discont his fee(we always paid him whatever he charges without the fuss when he's done.) and i am stealing his money(nobody ever accused me of stealing in my 66 years of life.) at this point, i'm shaken and started to tremble. he said if i don't pay him $250 right then, he's ripping the timer off and he started to unscrew the timer. i tried to stop him in vain and finally told him i'm calling the police. i started to write his company name down and that's when he said go ahead and pay him $150 and never call him again. believe me i don't want him near my house ever again. this is the guy telling my husband that he loves him like a brother and he pray for him over the years.
