When we first moved into this house we knew we would have to landscape the yard, both back and front. At first, we had no idea what that would take, and so attempted to do it ourselves. Unfortunately, we had to take the ground level down almost 6 inches which is A LOT of dirt. I knew we couldn't handle that on our own so... Travis saw my cry for help on Facebook and the rest is history. They removed and hauled off all that dirt, brought in top soil, installed all new irrigation as well as a new shut off valve and main line, a drip system, had another company do curbing, basalt rock in the beds, and sod down. They also installed a brand new pump and timer. The previous set up wouldn't work and was even installed in an unsafe manner. Dan made sure it was fixed and done correctly, and consulted KID to ensure the right equipment was used. Dan and Travis Patridge will make sure you're taken care of. Landscaping is expensive, but they will make sure they do it right the first time.

Everyone I've talked to recommended Gamache and said what a good job they did. Did I just fall through the cracks? Update: So...after 6 weeks and writing the review above, I was finally contacted about doing my repairs. They were able to get out the same day and the repairs were completed. Was contacted afterwards to see if the repairs were satisfactory. Replied that the were and was very happy with them. Was then asked to take down my original review! Really??? Stated that I would update. Couple of days later I received a call asking if I had received the statement. Huh? Yeah, I got it and it's in the mail. Gotta say....5 stars for the repairs (Jesse was great!)...1 star for the customer service. Never been asked to take down a review before.

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. He and his grandfather set up a time, showed up on time, listened to my issues. They put a new digital box in that i went and got myself, set it up and showed me how to use it. Came back several times over the course of the next few days (they were a mess) Fixed my sprinklers; which consisted of a couple new ones, finding some under the grass, replacing some filters and general maintenance on the outside part of the system.
