Left messages and spoke to staff and was told that no one could come look for a week. Spoke with the owner I believe, whom I told that it stopped working at time of service. His response was that it's like a light bulb, could stop working at any time. Seems highly unlikely to me. Didn't offer any remedy or to come look. So I watched some Youtube videos and figured out the remedy myself. I just hope in the meantime (6 days of waiting), there was no damage to my pool.

It took them 3 days to send a report on their findings from testing for leaks in the pool (which only took 2-3 hrs of work). Part of the delay was because they had the wrong email in their database the other is that their office person was out for 5 days. Can't find a reasonable temporary replacement in that time? They also handed a copy of the invoice to realtor before I even saw a copy (legal?). They get two stars for completing the work and having a reasonable price. Not that there is much competition in the area, but if you can, do your research and look elsewhere if possible.

These included curbing placement, charging over quoted amount for existing landscape removal and not completely removing. Specifically we paid for taking out the old front island including three large yuccas and new sod placed. The yuccas were removed but not the large tubers in the ground. The yuccas are now growing up through the new sod. Yuccas are extremely hard to get rid of, but at least digging deeper to remove the large tubers would have helped. Musser's landscaping designer Julie Wilson took all of our ideas about what we would like our yard to be and created a beautiful landscaping plan that captured the essence of what we were after. Julie and her crew started work in the middle of January and stripped our yard to bare sand. They worked through cold, wind, snow, and rain and created the yard of our dreams. We now have native plants and trees artfully arranged and lighted along with a waterfall, path and retaining walls placed to complement our home and the neighborhood.
