She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Instead of just saying they were out, she took the time to walk me through some fantastic alternatives and explained which ones were most similar. Thanks to her suggestions, I ended up finding a few great options that the kids absolutely loved. They didn't even notice they weren't the original Nee Dohs I came in for! This is never appropriate or acceptable, and has zero place in a quilting class. This is out of alignment with my values and I will never give Sandy's fabrics another dollar or minute of my time.

All the BabyLock machines and Brother 10 needle machine (which I love) have been purchased there. They answer any questions I have. I have them serviced without any problems.
