The…read morecommunication with Heather at the office and the builders during the build day is extremely lacking. The builders built my shed at an angle to the property line and every surrounding structure and didn't bother to tell me that they supposedly had an issue that required not following my instructions on where to build it. I had brought up a possible issue well in advance to the build and was assured it would not be a problem. I was arms-length from the builders and they could have simply spoken with me and come up with a solution, but they are too focused on getting out as fast as possible and seem dead set on not communicating with me as the customer. Both times the finishing touches were very lacking - plan on having to recaulk anything they caulk and rework any door hardware. They installed the man-door at a bad angle, so it won't stay open, which is very annoying for a storage situation, and the barn doors barely open - I have to rework it when I have time. Overall they just want to be in and out and don't want to fuss with any details. If that works for you, it's decent, but plan on being VERY flexible on the final product - they just don't care.
