Very poor customer service. Delivery workers are rude and in a rush every time I'd get a new order, that is IF I get the correct order for that week. On top of that, they sneak in and add all these extra charges that are not applicable. Getting a hold of management to get anything changed is next to impossible. US Linen Co is a awful linen and paper product service company. They are very rude. Completely unprofessional. Admitted to overcharging. They will quietly overcharge your company for years and years and never inform you of possible cost savings. Had a meeting with route supervisor at facility and he never mentioned he could lower our costs. If you try to terminate with them they will threaten and bully you. When 35% of your invoice is "fuel surcharge, delivery fees and delivery service", it's really hard to justify. In addition, when you contact them via e-mail, they take days and then sometimes weeks to respond. I don't see how a "family owned business" operates in this manner. The manager (Joe Cassidy) has taken 3 weeks to get back to me in an e-mail. Pass on these guys unless there is no other option. Just my 2c. Tyler is our delivery driver for Water2Wine Cruises and he is the BEST! Always smiling, prompt, informative and goes above and beyond without asking. Especially when the boat isn't at the Home dock for dropping off linens. He accommodates us and we truly appreciate that. In a day of age where so many people would only care about themselves. Well if you want to be insulted (talked down to) on the phone (initial contact) then this is the place for you. I was trying to help them out by finding out who their contact was at my company so I could get their invoice to the right place (been floating around for 2 months) and she was RUDE. I wouldn't give her my name because I didn't have anything to do with this delivery and didn't want to hold up payment by continuing to get invoices. Terrible, at first they were doing good bringing our uniforms we need. Then as soon as COVID hit they stopped bringing anything we needed. You would call and they would never call back. Then when you call asking about where they are they make up excuse after excuse. They still came every week with a bill ready for me to pay but didnt bring the items we were paying for. read more

Stay away from this company, they don't care about how your employees look in the uniforms that they ware, they only care about their bottom dollar. If you have a contract with them be sure to cancel it 60 days before that last day of the 3 years is up or they will hold you to anther 3 years. wish I would have done more research on them before I signed anything now were on the hook for another 3 years. read more
