    Bought washer and dryer for Barndominium. when I got ready to install I unpacked the washer and it was badly damaged. it had been over seven days and I was told they would not do anything about it. Dryer was fine.

    Months it get an appointment to get machine fixed and then longer to get the parts in. Do not recommend!

    New range broke. Service is absent after multiple calls. Extended warranty did not help. Been a month with no cooking

    The prices at this location made purchasing used appliances worth wile, until......a warranted…read morefridge broke 3 days after the warrenty expired. I was told by the owner to bring the fridge in, and he would have a tech fix it. 2 Weeks and $148.00 later, I was told to come pick up my fridge. The condinsor was replaced. "It is basically brand new", I was told. I brought the fridge back home, and 2 weeks later, it broke again. When I called to complain, I spoke with the owner again, and he told me to come in and find a replacement fridge. The next day my wife and I went into the store and "worked a deal" to trade the defective fridge for an upright freezer. The owner said "ok". The upright freezer that was on the floor with a price tag on it had not been looked at by the tech, so I was told that the tech would look at it and make sure it was a good working unit, and he would call me in a day or two to scedule a pick up of the defective fridge and delivery of the freezer. A week and a half went buy, with no contact. Finally I got frustrated, and called the store, and the owner vaugly remembered me (not instilling confidence that my issue was importaint). The owner then proceeded to tell me he wasnt going to do anything for me because a previous purchase I had made on another fridge, the check bounced. I informed him that when I returned to the store, I paid cash to resolve the nsf check. He agreed, but then argued that because there was a $20 nsf charge that he had to pay, he would not deliver the new freezer/pick up the defective fridge, even though he had already said he would. After expressing discust for the way he treats his customers when his warrented product fails over and over again, we agreed on his driver delivering the new freezer, picking up the defective fridge, and I pay an additional $20 for the NSF fee. Over All, my experiance with Silly Savings in Kennewick Wa. was not a good experiance. requiring the customer to transport the defective product back and forth to have it fixed (customers bill) and then argueing with the customer about fallowing through with a comitment is not good buisness. I strongly sugjest if your buying appliances, spend the money and buy new from a big chain store. You may save a couple bucks by buying used from Silly Savings, but the amount of time that you (the customer) have to invest when things fail, isnt worth the money you save. (especially if you loose a couple hundred dollars in food when the fridge fails. I lost almost $500 in good groceries because of the 2 failed times. I paid $380 for the fridge, $148 to have it fixed, and lost $500 in food due to the inconvience. All that money could have bought me a brand new warrented fridge, with door to door service.)

    I was a bit skeptical of this company with the reviews listed here, but here's our story. The ice…read moremaker in our Samsung refrigerator went out (as is the case with the rest of the world, it seems) and this company was selected by Samsung to compete the repair. The unit was still under the factory warranty given its age of only 10 months. Here's the outstanding service: Our repair window was 7/2/18 between 1 and 4. Jeremiah arrived at 1 sharp to begin the job. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he explained in full detail why the malfunction occurred as well as what and why he was doing what he was doing with each step of the fix. Within hours we had an ice maker making ice again! Not only would I recommend this company, but I'd ask specifically for Jeremiah if I ever needed further/follow-up service.

Since our work was covered by the warranty, we didn't really have any other options since Samsung requires authorized repairwork. All City Appliance made the process pretty painless, aside from arriving 3 hours before the window they gave us for the diagnostic check. Our window was from 2-5 and they arrived at 11...what if we hadn't been home? The repairguy was very nice and super knowledgeable. When it came time for him to do the repair, he had to take the whole thing apart, which he did like a pro. It was apparent that he'd done this a few times. It's been a couple of months and it's been working great. They worked with Samsung to receive their reimbursement for the warranty work and we didn't have to pay a penny. I would recommend them for Samsung repairs.
