It's pretty impressive to see the truck with the hoses and raised balloons cleaning the air ducts and the neighbors were glued to their windows to see how it was going. Our second home is a two-story home and it was new to us, so we wanted to start with a proper air duct cleaning with added dryer vent cleaning. The day the two gentlemen came, it was raining throughout and they had made arrangements to keep their shoes and hoses from tracking water or other debri into our home. Again, impressive! My dog was sick and made a real mess on one of the carpets. I called to get a quote from Zerorez…read more I was told they had a four room special for $165.00. Because of the pet mess it would be an additional $50.00. I was fine with that and scheduled an appointment. I was expecting to pay approximately $250.00 with taxes etc. I was shocked when they were done and handed me a bill for their service $835.00. The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.
