Finding an electrician seems to be a little overwhelming now days so I put a request in on Angi and within, maybe an hour of submitting the request (later evening), Kyle reached out to me about the project. He could not have been nicer about the whole thing....especially when I didn't know a whole lot about the specifics of the job other than "I need a hot tub (that I don't have yet) wired in". He helped me out with the correct time frame of what I needed to have done, the right steps, etc. The next day he showed up to take measurements and I had a price shortly after. The process of getting a pad poured, buying a hot tub, and getting things setup was a span of a few weeks and every random question I had for him was always met with a quick reply. I even had a couple that were later in the evening and there he was, sending me info and helping me out....things he absolutely was not obligated to do. I even asked him to do a couple extra wiring options in my garage, completely unrelated to the hot tub and he was more than willing to add it on and at a very fair price. After it was all said and done, they got everything installed and the hot tub (as well as the extra in the garage) works flawlessly. I could not be happier that I went with Kyle and I will absolutely use him in the future if I need any electrical done at my house. It was a great experience using them. My wife probably said half a dozen times throughout the whole process about how nice Kyle and his guys were! Very happy customer!

I called Pasco Washington Cummins at 10:30 PM last night and they had a 24-hour hotline that got me in contact with Raymond from the Pasco Washington store. He checked his stock and did not have one in stock but said they had one at the Wearhouse in Portland Organ. I had a friend in the area, so this morning Raymond ordered me the part, and I had my friend pick it up and now we are back on the road. The best part of it all was not only the effort Raymond gave to helping his customer but after all that, he called me back to make sure everything went as planned. I own a small business in my home and needed an electrician to put in an outlet…read more I had my appointment scheduled for 2 weeks and was very clear that my schedule was not flexible, I took the entire day off and needed this service for equipment that was going to be used later in the week. 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up, I got a call saying that due to "unforeseen circumstances" the tech called out and they needed to reschedule. The receptionist was very fake in her concern and didn't offer any help. I had to call another company last minute to get what I needed. They didn't care that I lost out on a full days work, they didn't care that I needed the work to be done today and they offered no other solution for today. They are not reliable and I will not be using this company
