I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund. It took almost a month. They were not supposed to cut the joints but were supposed to use cold joints. They cut most of the joints, lots of chips and cracks. They only sent unskilled workers with no supervision. They painted a grey sealer on all of my concrete, I wanted clear. The sealer started coming off within 3 months. They will not return phone calls.
