I feel the issue was misdiagnosed during the first visit, and I'm frustrated that I was charged for a repair that did not fix the problem. The technician never explained to me that there could be other issues with the washer, never showed me what was wrong, and never discussed any other possible repairs or costs. He simply replaced the pump, scribbled a note on the receipt, and then asked me for payment. As a new mom with a brand-new baby at home, I was already in a stressful situation, and I honestly feel like the lack of explanation and transparency took advantage of that situation. I would have expected the technician to clearly explain his diagnosis, what he was repairing, and whether there were other potential problems before charging me for the work. I reached out to the company afterward to explain my concerns and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the issue, offer any refund or adjustment, or otherwise address my concerns.
