I've dealt with them in the past and had a good service and a great product. And because of that, I recommended their services to a friend who was met with rudeness, and it confused me as I had such an easy experience before. The second time I tried them out, I understood what my friend was talking about. I made my order and sent over my graphic, but since I had a few general questions, I decided to give them a call. Just strictly over the phone, I was belittled and treated as if I didn't know what I wanted. The thing is, I make orders for vinyl all the time for my job, but I don't work where I live, and I went to Signarama for a personal order. The complete condescending tone of the employee threw me off. I sent back an email to the person I had worked with in the past and told him to cancel my order because I didn't appreciate the hostility of his co-worker. Then I get a half-ass email back from the rude employee about how he's sorry he could get my order through. And I'm over here thinking: That's the apology you're making? That's why you think you lost a customer? I would be forgiving if someone had a bad morning and it took it out on others, but ignoring your bad behavior isn't going to do much. read more

Lucas has been awesome to work with from the very start and helped me dial in my business logo that I now use on all my limo bus vehicles. Emailed to get a quote about five days ago and they were quick to email me back with an automated message explaining that they'd get back to me as soon as they could. Went ahead and called today and the man who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. He spoke like he couldn't be bothered and when I asked questions or asked him to explain something he sounded annoyed and was quick to give an attitude. These guys actually do pretty decent work... then again, so do a hundred other people out there. They made some signs for me and they turned out pretty good. I have no complaints... Where I do have complaints is the customer service. First off, the main guy is either really socially awkward, or he is downright rude. Very curt and standoffish. I had them do a few things for me a couple different times... I went back thinking that the rudeness was in my mind... every time I politely asked when I could expect the work to be done it was met with a look of disgust and a "we'll call you when it's ready". Never got an eta and I never got a call when it was ready... ever. If I didn't follow up, I never would have gotten my signs. The last straw was when I had some stickers made... 8 to be exact... When I decided to call 3 days after the "we'll call you when it's ready"... they gave me 6 stickers... "where are the other 2?" "Oh, we forgot... we made eight and the other 2 we threw in the trash... don't worry, we'll dig them up for you". So they found them and they were all wrinkled and creased... "don't worry, they'll straighten out when you apply them." That was it... he thought it would be just fine to dig things out of the trash that I paid for and didn't think that I should have a problem with it. I'm not gong to go to these guys again. I'd rather pay more to go to another place that makes signs and is a little more courteous. I'd like to give a more scathing review... REALLY SCATHING, but I am leaving a little room for my initial theory that the owner is really socially awkward and didn't mean to be rude. Oh, the rest of the staff are sweethearts. read more
