When my order finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks, the cards looked awful. The colors and text were so faint that they weren't ledgible. I told the 2 ladies that run the shop that I couldn't use the cards and asked if they could reprint them (without charging me). They told me that was not possible and would not refund my money. I left the box of the cards on their desk and walked out. After that horrible experience, I found a print shop in Bluffton called Accurate Litho. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, printed a sample for me before they ran the order and I didn't have to pay for that order until I picked the cards up. I was completely satisfied. Ironically, the gentleman at Accurate Litho knew of the management and quality at Island Printer and wasn't surprised, as he had heard of other's similar experiences numerous times before.

I'd seen the negative reviews regarding the staff, but didn't experience anything negative. While SC has relaxed their COVID rules, the UPS store during the first visit was limiting people into the store and strictly adhering to the mask rules and distancing. The second time after masks weren't required, most of the staff were still wearing masks along with most of the patrons. My drop off was very easy. They took me quickly, reviewed the information and even though the return I had was at the weight limit, there were no issues. They handed me a receipt and tracking information. The employees I worked with were very friendly and helpful----- as well as efficient.
