    Every time I go here I kick myself for not driving to the Buckwalter or other location where there…read moreis WAY better service. A younger, thin man, who has been there a while, is the most rude service person I have ever encountered. I have no idea how the owner doesn't see how he treats people. Today I had two soft packages to return to clothing stores. These were not inexpensive clothes either. He watched me tape the packages up and then when I got to the counter, he said "taping those packages was a waste of time and tape, I need to open them" and then proceeds to pull out an knife and slice right through each package down the center so aggressively! I said "WOAH, excuse me, but those are clothes in there!" And he said "Yeah whatever." I could NOT believe this happened. I finally called the owner and complained about him. This is so over the line and unacceptable. I will never go back and if you do go, don't go in his line!!!

    They weren't the easiest to find, but they were very easy to work with. I've used them twice very…read morerecently while this is my first review. I'd seen the negative reviews regarding the staff, but didn't experience anything negative. While SC has relaxed their COVID rules, the UPS store during the first visit was limiting people into the store and strictly adhering to the mask rules and distancing. The second time after masks weren't required, most of the staff were still wearing masks along with most of the patrons. My drop off was very easy. They took me quickly, reviewed the information and even though the return I had was at the weight limit, there were no issues. They handed me a receipt and tracking information. The employees I worked with were very friendly and helpful----- as well as efficient.

    7-29-24 Monday Morning…read more Came here like everyone else on this line to do an Amazon return. I had my QR code that they scanned and the item was in its inner carton that it was received in. Once it is your turn it takes about the 30 seconds the entire transaction. Nothing out of the ordinary or above and beyond for this visit. At least I am getting around finding out where these places are in my new neighborhood. There was no payment to be made as the return shipping is no cost. The quality of the item was not what was advertised so it went back. If everything was as presented Amazon would get less returns and UPS would only be delivering not taking unnecessary returns.

    I came in to make a return and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The manager (at…read morethe Okatie location on 9/26) gave me attitude right away and even told me that the UPS driver would "laugh in their faces" if I tried to send my return back in a clear plastic bag. This "manager" on duty wasn't in uniform, which made it confusing to even know who was in charge (she was wearing glasses with a teddy bear colorful T-shirt) and instead of helping, I was told to use the self-service station to repack my already packed return. I was also warned that if I did it incorrectly, I would "forfeit" my return entirely. I kindly explained I've returned many amazon packages in clear bags and per the Amazon return guidelines this is encouraged. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully and given clear guidance--especially when following return procedures. Instead, I felt dismissed and pressured. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I hope the store improves both its professionalism and customer service going forward. A strong recommendation to look at the management at this store and correct immediately. She is unprofessional...went as far as to yell at me as I was walking out of the store.
