Nobody called me, nobody had any desire to help me, they just canceled my order and didn't refund the pre-payment that I made of $133 so now I can't re-order the print to be made at another store because I will be double charged. They completely ruined the timing that I needed the print job done and didn't even care to try to help me... I can't even transfer the order to another store because the stores don't "talk" to each other.

(I save all my receipts from the UPS store, but Amazon couldn't care less.) For example, I had three items to return: two with the same QR and one with a different QR, but the UPS store must have put them all together and/or mislabeled them, so they all went to the same place. I got a notice from Amazon saying they received a product they weren't expecting and they wouldn't give me a refund for that item. Grrrrr.

Once it is your turn it takes about the 30 seconds the entire transaction. Nothing out of the ordinary or above and beyond for this visit. At least I am getting around finding out where these places are in my new neighborhood. There was no payment to be made as the return shipping is no cost. The quality of the item was not what was advertised so it went back. If everything was as presented Amazon would get less returns and UPS would only be delivering not taking unnecessary returns.
