I was vacationing in HHI for the week and decided to get my car detailed. I looked online and found Auto Spa. They were very accommodating with my changing schedule requests. I dropped it off around 7:30 and they called me around 2:30. I could not believe how amazing my car looked. I use my car to transport dogs to the dog park and lawn mowers and other tools to maintain my properties. To say my car was a mess would be an understatement. I could not find a single dog hair on the seats or floor mats and all the windows were streak free. My sister who has a nose like a bloodhound said she did not smell dog at all. They even cleaned the space around the gas tank opening. The price was as they quoted, despite the dog hair. I definitely will be back. read more

On our trip down from Boston to HHI, I noticed what at first looked like huge bird droppings on our hood. After checking on Yelp for detailers on HHI called Auto Spa (Adam) on the ride down. Adam was incredibly generous with his time, speaking for 15+ mins describing possible causes and options to resolve on my own and to come by if still unresolved. As I was unable to resolve on my own, I went in to Auto Spa and it was determined that I had parked at a hotel garage which must have had a leaky pipe and to come in next morning and they could take care of it. His team was able to restore it perfectly the next morning for a great price! I can't say enough positives about this shop. read more

Warning: if you have any matte paint or vinyl stickers beware. They cleaned the car well but too well. They put wax on a matte finished hood and then clealry tried to buff it off removing paint in the process.(Confirmed by another detail shop and autobody shop) Same goes for the matte sticker on the rear trunk and side panels. The sticker clearly has wax or some other residue left on it. I tired a claybar, wax and oil remover and Dawn dish soap on the rear vinyl and nothing is removing it. The hood will need to be repainted and the vinyl stickers will need to be replaced by Dodge. read more

Had paint protection film put on the front of my car. It looked really good, but developed a bubble. When repair proved unsuccessful, they replaced the entire bumper section at no charge (plus gave me a loaner car for the day). I'll definitely go back when I need a detail. read more

Absolutely dreadful experience. It started off great. I made the arrangements by phone with Rick who was super nice. I explained in detail that I had an appointment on the day in question at the Westin Hotel that was supposed to finish at 2:30 PM. He guaranteed that if I dropped off the car by 9AM, it would be ready by 3 PM. He did not say that I needed to remind anyone of that the morning I dropped it off. I dropped it off punctually but when I went to pick it up at 3 PM, they hadn't even started the interior. The owner said it was my fault because I didn't specify again that morning that I needed it by 3PM. I told him Rick didn't tell me I had to remind anyone. He then accused me of "having attitude." His tone was arrogant, derisive and snide. I had organized my whole day of appointments around the time slot which Rick assigned to me. The owner showed a total lack of concern for the inconvenience caused to the customer. In this day and age of electronic communication, I could have easily been informed that after 6 hours, the cleaning of the interior of the car had not even been started. If I could give this business a negative rating instead of one star, I would. I particularly do not recommend this business to women like myself. A gentleman, the owner most assuredly is not. read more
