I can highly recommend Pro Tint. Pro Tint is a little hole in the wall place tucked away on Skidaway Road across from the Savannah State University Stadium. Reid quickly responded to my inquiry, gave me a base quote for tinting the front driver side and passenger windows, plus a tint strip across the top of the windshield. I asked for an appointment where I could wait rather than taking a Lyft home and back again. He gave me an appointment for a couple days late I arrived for my appointment and they checked me in. Reid went over what level of tint was legal in Georgia and showed samples as various levels of tint. I chose the maximum level legal in Georgia and I also added a UV option to cut down on heat. They got to work immediately, and I was out of there in about an hour. It might be a little hole in the wall place, but they are very busy and run a high energy shop. Pricing was fantastic, it was less than half of what they wanted to charge me at the new car dealership. It was a brand new car which I had had for less than a week. They work really clean, and the car was returned to me in pristine condition. Since the tinting has to cure, they put a piece of warning tape over the window buttons to not lower the windows for a few days. It has been a month and the tinting has cured to perfection, no bubbles, no issues! read more

My husband finally decided to tint the windows on his car and being the savvy shopper that he is, he called around and decided to go with Pro Tint (PT). PT is a little shop located across the street from Savannah State University (one of the sports fields). The shop is actually a little ranch style house with a 2 car garage that serves as the workshop. They scheduled a time for him to drop off the car in the morning. We drove separately so that I could drive him back and forth. - Parking - It's on a pretty busy street, one lane traffic in each direction, so getting out can be tricky because it's also not a very big parking lot. - Service - The guy who helped us greeted us when we came in, was courteous and very helpful in explaining the different grades and levels of tints. We told him we were in the military and that we were moving out of state soon. Since different states have different laws on the levels of tint, he gave us his advice and recommendations from past experience and other customers with similar situations. - The Goods - We dropped off the car at our appointment time (AM), chose the tint and went on our merry way. They told us they will either call us when the job is done or head back to the shop just before closing, whichever came first. We hadn't heard from them all day, so we made our way back to the shop which turned out to be good timing, because they called as we were driving back. They did a great job, very neat and clean. All windows except windshield, ceramic, medium tint all for $325. Already, the next day, my husband noticed the significant change in temp in the car! - Tip - They will tell you this, but do not open your windows for a few days, to let the tint settle. They also tape the window controls as a reminder. It's no wonder they have been in business for 23 years and have stellar reviews. These guys are efficient and we thought the price was reasonable. They were very helpful and we scheduled an appointment and paid deposit that would be applied towards payment. It was very easy to drop off and pick up the car as scheduled. The cost was affordable which is important for a college student. They were very forthcoming on the risks of replacing the back window tint, because of the defroster. 2017 Mazda CX-5 window tint using SunTek CXP 18% on front and rear windows, 5% on brow of windshield, 80% on sunroof. Can't say enough good things about this place. They were patient with all my questions, very informed, very professional and quick! My car was in and out in an hour (they did every single window including my sunroof) and it came out awesome! The tint comes all the way to the edge of the window. It's only been 2 weeks and everything is still looking perfect! The tint isn't too dark at night. The 18% tint over the factory 20% makes the back windows look like 5% tint and is easy to see out at night. Love the tint and I think it's the perfect tint shade choice. read more

I've had three cars tinted here over a period of six years, and the work has always been flawless. Clean lines, no bubbles, top brand inventories of film. They took the time to explain what all options I had with shades and types of films etc. they are priced better than a lot of places too. You have a workmanship and material warranty from these guys as well. I just had a new mustang done by them and as always it was an amazing job. They have a waiting room with a ton of magazines and chairs. I drive about an hour and a half to go here rather than use one of the places closer to my house. Glad I did. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon, no problem. Only took an hour and a half. Bottom line id definitely recommend this shop. Only suggestion I have for them is to expand their facility so they can get more people in, business would probably explode after that! read more
