Their lobster bisque offers a generous portion of lobster as well as a delicious flavor. For my entree, I ordered the 8oz filet mignon. The filet came out tender and full of flavor. For sides we ordered a sweet potato, creamed spinach, and asparagus. The cream spinach was hands down my favorite side offering a rich flavor.

The food has always been wonderful, and the service impeccable. Unfortunately, my birthday dinner last night left me disappointed. We came specifically for the Early Bird Special, something we've enjoyed many times before. The special includes a drink, and when I asked our server if I could have an espresso martini, she said yes. We both ordered the special, enjoyed our meals, and expected another great experience. Then the bill arrived with two $18 drink charges. When we politely questioned the charges, our server explained that the drinks weren't included. There was no apology for the misunderstanding, no offer to adjust the bill, and no acknowledgment that we never received the drinks included with our meals. Instead, she suggested I use my rewards points to cover the charges. Come on, Gregory's! This is not the level of service I've come to expect from a restaurant I've supported and recommended for years. The food was excellent, as always, but great dining experiences are about more than food. They're about service, transparency, and how you treat your loyal customers. A simple explanation when ordering would have avoided the entire situation.

My egg was more cooked than I prefer this time, but that's a minor critique of an otherwise delicious meal. The one area that could use some improvement is the service. I'm not sure if they were simply understaffed during my visit, but service was noticeably slow and not quite as attentive as I would have hoped. The only negative is the limited menu. I hope in the future they expand their menu. As of now they only offer maybe 10 items, if not less. This restaurant is a fine place to eat if you're staying at the hotel, otherwise with the limited menu , you have plenty of other options in the area. Plenty of parking located on the north side of the hotel.
