Go with Alive Water instead, local, fresh springs and beautiful glass containers. The Water Machine, from Hawaii, is great, too... and lets you filter at home with glass equipment. We called last month after the equipment broke and needed to be replaced a 4th time. We wanted to cancel the service. They were supposed to send someone April 14th for pick up. Not only did they not come by... they rescheduled us 3 times this past month, showed up at a different time than was planned, and then charged us an extra fee because they ended up coming after May 1st... for the month of May for the rental equipment. We had called the termination office and they assured us someone would be here before May 1st. I asked them to remove the fee and they then said it was for April... when my April balance has been paid all month. This has been the norm. We were supposed to get a refund of $132 for the returned bottles and equipment. They said we would have to call in to get it once all was returned as they don't transfer it automatically unless we call. Then, they had closed our account. We couldn't get through for over an hour because we weren't in their system. It took another hour to cancel. We didn't like their bulky, plastic equipment and it was too much calling in. read more

Horrible service at the local branch. Their drivers came to my house when I was not home and trespassed into my closed garage through an unlocked side door in my back yard and took six full bottles (bottle pick up had not been requested and note they had always delivered to my front porch never in the back near my garage). I felt violated to have strangers enter my residence when no one was home and when I requested a call to discuss they never called me. Order mix ups resulted in billing issues that I had to call a dozen times to get reimbursement on top of my privacy and security being violated- use them at your own risk. read more

Product is fine, but service... UGH!!!! I have 7 bottles that they want me to pay the deposit on, but I'd much rather just return the bottles. I called them and asked if I could return the bottles at their Murray Rd location and the guy said "I don't see why not", so I drove all the way there with my 7 empty bottles and could not find a way to get inside. So I called again and was informed that they do not accept bottle returns at their locations, they must pick them up. Ok, fine, EXCEPT for the BOGUS information and WASTE of my TIME and GAS! We'll see how well that pickup goes day after tomorrow. Based on other reviews, I'm not feeling overly encouraged. In the meantime I get a bill / invoice in the mail for the bottle deposit amount (I paid the balance, MINUS the bottle deposits, because I intended to just return them), and there's a FIVE DOLLAR PAPER INVOICE FEE!!! We cancelled our service nearly 3 months ago and everything should been closed 2 months ago. Have they came and honored our request? Nope, they have ignored us. In fact they did show nearly 2 months ago and pick up take some empties, then the lousy business left more full bottles and sent us a bill. I've called Bend office and they won't answer the phone, no way to leave a voice message as it eventually hangs up and disconnected us. I called today 9/25/2018 again no answer by local Bend distributor. They were suppose to be here yesterday to pick up equipment and full bottles, a NO-SHOW AGAIN. So I called HQ'S in Florida, customer service employee did answer but very vague on answering various questions. She did say October 5th, 2018 but no time given. We will see. HQ"S should dump the Bend service or fire all the employees and hire some new responsible customer service employees, but from reading others response, I wonder if HQ really give a hoot???? I was set up through a Seirra Koisk booth at Costco in Bend. I will next call Costco Manager and suggest they not allow them back to sell their business as it is a black eye to them as well..... Their products were fine, their processes are awful. We only received 2 deliveries in our 6 months with the company. Their billing system is inaccurate, to compound everything, they have very poor communication processes. read more

Worst service ever they gave us tons of extra bottles and then when we canceled the service they were late in picking up or equipment and not credited us for our bottles we had. Talked to them on the phone and they told us we would have a balance of $.41 and we had a bill for $31.68. Do not go with this company read more

Worse service ever!! We cancelled out account and was promised the coffee he was dropping as I cancelled would be able to be returned when he came back the next week and turns out that was a lie (probably so he could get commission for all the coffee he just dropped) now we are being charged for the water cooler and bottles that were suppose to be picked up back in early July. It is a fight every time I call and the local branch doesn't seem to answer their requests to call the customer. read more
