Searching online, I found the Spay and Neuter Project. Their fee (posted on the website): $10 office visit plus $20 for the vaccine. However, they only offer vaccinations on Saturday between 10am and 1:30pm and its first come first served. They put out a clipboard where people sign in. And they are very efficient about getting through the list. I was #5 and my wait time was 30 minutes. The administration of the shot was done with the utmost care. My cat would not come out of her carrier so the two staff unscrewed and lifted off the top to inject her. The entire time they were petting her and speaking softly to calm her down. And best of all, because I had my cat's original paperwork from the Humane Shelter, they said I could get the 3 year rabies vaccine, also $20.
