This was amazingly helpful, as my daughter is very sensory sensitive, and the mall is typically overwhelming for us when we're blindly searching for something specific, and you've got the music and other shoppers creating an overstimulation. Parker was truly a treat to interact with, and they offered us top notch customer service. The boots were either crazy expensive or there was a serious lack of selection. Knowing how particular I can be my wife took to Yelp and found Charly Boots & Western Wear. After a quick ferry ride and a short drive I was at the store. The man himself gave me a hand and in less than 15 minutes I was walking out the door with a new pair of kicks. The best part was they gave me a tub of Mink oil with the instructions to rub the boots every 4 to 5 months to condition the leather. I ended up with a pair of Ariat Midtown Ramblers in Barn Brown, size 10. It was an amazing customer experience and I would highly recommend it.
