This is a nice place. It was very busy, so my wife and I sat at the bar. It was still a great experience though. The food and drinks were delicious and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I have been to this restaurant the third time today! Every time we come here we really enjoy a wonderful atmosphere, a very friendly service, and delicious meals. Today we ordered artichoke appetizer which was very special. We have also ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and chicken enchiladas and they were delicious! Irene, our server, was very nice and very friendly, we loved her service! The last couple of times we came here, we tried rotisserie chicken, pork chops, steak fajitas, and the ahi tuna appetizer - all of these were amazing but pork chops are probably the one we would most highly recommend! We love Sierra and highly recommended it! This place is always busy so definitely book it in advance and ask for a table near big windows, the view is great!

Went for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful! Service was very good. We started with the mini chili rellenos. Which were not even close to mini, they were closer to regular size. They were amazing with the green chili. My husband got the chicken enchiladas which he said were very good. I got the rotisserie chicken which was amazing. We also had the jalapeño margaritas. They were also very good. We will definitely be visiting Sierra more often.

We recently visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a very pleasant and memorable experience. As vegetarians, we noticed that the menu had limited vegetarian options, which initially gave us some concern. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and happy to customize dishes according to our preferences. The server took the time to understand our requirements and ensured the kitchen prepared meals that suited us perfectly, which we truly appreciated. The ambience of the place is top notch--warm, elegant, and very welcoming. It creates a comfortable yet special atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for celebrations or a relaxed evening out. The décor and lighting add to the overall charm and enhance the dining experience. Service was quick and efficient throughout our visit. Despite the customized orders, everything arrived promptly and was well presented. The staff was attentive, polite, and professional without being overbearing. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the team surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne. It was a thoughtful and kind gesture that made our evening even more special. Thank you for that lovely touch. Overall, despite limited vegetarian options, the exceptional service, beautiful ambience, and personal attention made this a wonderful dining experience. We would happily recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

We had a reservation at 12pm on a Saturday to celebrate our 9 year anniversary and decided to try this place out since we pass it often. We got there right at 12 and were seated pretty quickly! We were sat at a table next to the window with a view of the road we take often so we sat facing the restaurant. We ordered mini chile rellenos to start and were surprised with glasses of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The chile rellenos were delicious! Our neighbors recommended these and the green chile and the pork take the taste to the next level. I've never had these until now and I'm glad we got them!! For entrees we got the Louisiana killer shrimp (sub coconut rice with mashed potatoes) and the double bone in pork chop. The cajun sauce was amazing. It paired well with the mashed potatoes as well. The pork chop was thick but the skin was on the salty side. The corn medley was so good and the apple on top balanced out the saltiness. The cajun sauce was definitely the highlight for me. For dessert, we tried the strawberry shortcake. This had good flavor but my only complaint was the biscuit was very dry. I think a sponge cake would've complimented this a lot better. This is a great place for an anniversary or a celebration! Highly recommend the shrimp!

Recently visited Sierra while a loved one was at the nearby hospital. It was a very emotional lunch, and our server was kind and sensitive about the situation, which meant a lot. We enjoyed a couple of ice-cold beers and some great Mexican dishes -- chips and queso, chile rellenos, and the NY strip tacos. Everything tasted great overall. My only note would be that chile rellenos are best served piping hot with the cheese fully melted inside. At a restaurant with these price points, I'd expect them to nail that detail every time. The restaurant is beautiful & will leave you impressed, no doubt!

I wrote a very detailed and heart felt review last month and got zero response from the owners or managers. I expect that any food over $50 a plate should be done perfectly, and was so disappointed and wanted it to be great. I made it taste better the next day with lemons and pepper at home. The crappy asparagus, shriveled artichoke and boxed mashed potatoes should never be allowed at any restaurant, especially Sierra.

Sierra is a craft kitchen featuring some outstanding recipes with a southwest influence. Most of the food is locally sourced with the exception of shrimp (gulf) and ahi (Hawaii) The ahi tartar was an amazing appetizer with a unique take implementing coconut rice and jalapeños Main course was a mixed grill fajita featuring chicken, steak and shrimp with home made tortillas and an amazing salsa verde with chunks of pork The hot fudge sundae was unique with homemade ice cream and toppings on the side Service was great. The employees love their job and it shows

Came with some friends I'm so glad they recommended it because it's off the beaten path of where I would normally go. I started with some artichoke and it was amazing. I think it kick started an artichoke obsession for a few weeks. I got the shrimp fajitas and they were delicious quite plentiful! We came around dinner time and so there was a lovely sunset. The only thing that was difficult is parking. They have a very small parking lot. The food was so good that I would happily come back again :)

On our trip to Denver we stopped in Sierra for lunch. The restaurant is open with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. We ordered the Chicken fajitas and the Shrimp fajitas , both delicious.! They come with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Overall service was good, the only downside was the waiter we had could be a little more welcoming and personable. We needed to ask him more details about our plates, since the menu is a little vague. Overall the experience was really good.

Our waitress was fantastic! Super attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious and the ambience was so beautiful. It was very easy to make a reservation and we got seated very quickly. Great spot for a fancy night out!

Our server, Sofia, was very knowledgeable about every item on the menu. She frequently checked up on us. The spicy margarita was delicious. We came for Sunday lunch and got seated right away by the large beautiful windows. We enjoyed the artichoke and tuna tartare appetizers since they ran out of the sashimi so we couldn't try that. The entrees were a bit a of a longer wait. I wish they brought out my salad when the other 2 entrees were ready since I didn't want to eat it all before my group could eat. It wasn't until 20 mins later that my boyfriend got his ribeye steak and our friend the pork chops. By then I was taking tiny bites and my salad eventually got a bit soggy. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare and the mash potatoes were super creamy and buttery. We didn't need any steak sauce for that matter! We got 2 rounds of margs, 2 apps, 3 entrees, 1 side, 1 dessert, and this was for a group of 3 people for a total of $350 before we added tip!
