The reason for my one star review is specifically because of my interaction with the finance manager that finalizes the numbers and negotiations...i think his name was chris, i cant recall, the initial interaction was fine until he decided it would be a great idea during the negotiations (something that should be normal when making a bug purchase right???) to tell me about how someone else was coming in later to get the same car i wanted and how we cant negotiate the numbers any further and i should accept them as is because the other person is a better deal and that they have much better credit than i do....which i found to be very disrespectful, highly irrelevant to the conversation at hand, and very condescending, left a very poor taste in my mouth and i hope the right person sees this and makes sure he is held accountable
