Spoke with joes and he told me I couldn't pay cash for the car because I lived out of state .. he stated he couldn't register the vehicle.. I'm confused because wouldn't I be the one to register the vehicle after purchase if I'm paying cash ? Either way, good luck if you live out of state trying to buy a car from these people.

‼READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM HERE‼ These guys are real jerks! First, be prepared for them to add $7k+ in add ons that they never mention to you in the first place and just write it off as "taxes and fees" just to get a better sale and make a better commission! Which is considered SCAMMING! Second, they use window stickers to COVER CRACKED WINDSHIELDS!! Then when you ask them to fix it they refuse to pick up your calls, act like they don't know you and refuse to have it fixed. Gaslighting and scamming is their game and don't even think about going there if you are a woman! The way they (Jacob the manager) speaks to women is completely unacceptable!! They absolutely mansplain and disregard your questions and concerns and act like you are less knowledgeable than them simply because you are a woman! To make matters WORSE, Jacob the manager needs to lose his job IMMEDIATELY after our most my recent interaction. It's been 4 months since I've been calling them asking Jacob to refund something that I DID NOT ASK FOR and was almost $5k. What does the manager of this dealership do in this case? Responds by CRACKING UP AND LAUGHING saying "didn't you total your vehicle?" Referring to an accident which could've cost my baby and I our LIFE! Any decent human being would NOT find that amusing but Jacob did. Extremely unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE behavior from the manager and all "men" working here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! You are just a number to them and another opportunity to scam, nothing more. Would give them 0 stars if I could! read more

Bought a car from them. First be prepared they won't let you leave if you want to go and have lunch and think about buying the vehicle. They try to keep your keys. Also signing papers they added on the tracker fee without letting us know until the last minute. Then we put in the agreement that we wanted a second key and we'd like that included in the price. It took me harassing and calling every day twice some days to get an appt to have a second key made. Man what a hassle. Also be prepared as when you make a payment it won't let you pay a little extra. You have to make a whole other payment. It was who the dealership does their financing through. read more

Horrible Costumer service , some guy named "Joey" assisted us at first glance told us that we were not ready to by a Truck due to our young appearance. And did not even cooperate in showing or test driving the truck. We were ready to buy with cash in hand but since he insisted we were to young and not ready. Insulting us led to his loss of business. All they want to do is sell a vehicle. One guy promises mooff and the other one changes it to less. They upload pictures when they sell vehicles. Well let me tell you they previously sold a vehicle and then that person took it back and when I called them out on it they said it was a different vehicle which was bs. A month after the purchase I was passing cables and the vehicle went up 10K miles. Not even a year later after purchase the check engine light is on read more

These guys will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one. Very clean cars, and absolutely amazing service. First time buying a used vehicle and I was skeptic at first, but once I saw there inventory I was impressed. Most vehicles still under manufacturer warranty, and very very clean. They work with big name banks, and I was able to go through my credit union who they also work with as well. 5 stars for these guys. read more

Bought a car exactly one month ago and 2 weeks later the check engine light turned on, I called and told them what was going on and they told me to take it to them and their mechanic would check it out. When I took it he connected the machine to check what's wrong and a lot of codes came up and he even said " this is gonna take a lot of fixing" and told me that I would have to leave the car because he was going to take it to the Chevrolet dealership and it was gonna take like a week or two to fix. So I left it and he called me back 2 days later to pick up the car, when I got there he told me that the people at the Chevrolet dealership didn't find anything wrong with it so there was no fixing done. He also told me not to take it back to jaber motors because the people at Chevrolet dealership said there was nothing wrong so that it wasn't their problem anymore which was shady. I was mad but left it as that, now yesterday was a week after I got my car back and while I was driving the check engine light turned on again and my breaks were failing. So I called them back and complained and they weren't cooperating so I just hung up and called the Chevrolet dealership they took it to and they asked me to take it to them, when I got there he plugged the machine to read the problems and there was a page full of codes of problems. Come to find out the mechanic Luis from jaber motors erased all the codes and that's why they didn't find anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would, they're not worth your time or money! read more

The dealership Jaber motors, located in Reedley, Ca 1646 G st. Has the lowest costumer service there could be and mechanically broken inventory of cars. Had a very unpleasant purchase from this particular used car dealership, the owner Ahmad Jaber ( who self recognises as the owner in his website, clothes, and over phone interactions ) is unprofessional at providing costumer service, the team is also untrustworthy as they lie in the sale of the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle several issues came with the vehicle, not once did the owner Ahmad Jaber or better known as AJ ( as he likes to abbreviate his name to AJ), took initiative to solve the problem. Was skeptic to visit a used car dealer due to prior experiences, but these guys made me feel super comfortable about my purchase from start to finish. First off they have super clean vehicles. Mostly two too three years old and have super low miles so that was a plus. Also I know that some used car lots cant offer low rates and these guys got me a super low rate for being a first time buyer. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride. read more
