Hidden little gem, this place is. Very quiet speakeasy type bar. This is the members only but it's definitely something you want to check out. It's nice, quiet and cheek in there the cocktails are handcrafted and unique. The owner Tony is very tentative and welcoming, he greets you with a glass of water as soon as you sit down. read more

The hidden gem in Livermore! Yes, you have to be a member, but lucky for me I was in on my first try. If you're not a member, you can still purchase bottles. I purchased a bottle of bourbon and a bottle of vodka, which I can't wait to try. How cool that they produce their own spirits! Came back last week, brought my two girlfriends for a pre Christmas drink, and they were so happy. Drinks were delicious- Xrated Cosmo, Lemon Drop, and Espresso Martini, yummy! I have been a Sidewinder member for a year now. They recently got a new bar manager named Tony. Let me tell you....they are fantastic! They have always been amazing but now the drinks are even better! Tony made us drinks that were incredible and so unique! Fun fact - I hear Sidewinder is soon opening up this little hidden gem to the public, so don't fret if you're not a member! Just check back regularly. We were guests of a member and got to enjoy a few drinks here, and with their wide range of cocktails there's something for everyone. I believe the only spirits they make in house is grappa, vermouth, and something they call au de vie de vin (strong wine brandy - not my cuppa) but they do cocktails with a mix of other spirits. I love this place. I enjoy the release parties Occasio has here and I really love the cocktails here. Just the Tiff is just to my taste! A little lemonade, a little elderflower and Hendricks gin. 100 percent delicious. The space is lovely. There are food trucks- 2 were there when we went. Parking in the lot and on the street. This place is next to the Wood Family winery and across from the Altamont brewery on Research drive. read more

It's unfortunate that this place requires a membership to enter through the door, I was here for a close friends celebration of life and it was great, I wanted to come back again after a drink at Altamont across the way but learning about the membership that's required is unfortunate and a loss of business. Came in on a Friday night. We were the guests of some members because that's the only way you can get in this place apparently. That's really a bummer! Would love to be able to come in again but I'm not a member of the winery that's associated with it. The place is decorated very nicely and the staff were good when we were there. They have a large variety of custom cocktails as well as quite the selection of straight up spirits to choose from. We had the flamingo and it was fantastic with grapefruit. Yummy.
