This is my second time to Arroyo Cellars and it was one of the stops for the Barrel Tasting Weekend on Vasco Row in Livermore. This place is fabulous! The owners Chrysanne, Tim, and Tracey were hospitable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I tasted wines from the barrel, 2023 Sauvignon Blanc with a hint of Chardonnay, and 2022 Petite Sirah they were really good. A nice start to the weekend. The tasting room is small but ample seating at the bar area. Their tasting fee is $15, wine club, and various events.

We came here with friends for a Halloween special wine tasting paired with a Charcuterie Box filled with special Halloween goodies made by Brie Grazing Boards. Everything about this experience was wonderful! We decide to give this wine tasting experience a try, right after we got a small break from the COVID craziness sometime last summer, and this was the first time we actually forced ourselves to get out and do something fun! Tables were nicely placed more than 6 ft away from each other. Which made us feel safe. The owners came to greet us, such a wonderful couple! They took good care of us, even brought a box of activity & coloring books to keep the kiddos in our party busy! We absolutely LOVED our experience! The wines were YUM! Our favorite was their 2017 Carneros Rosé! Food was paired perfectly and was DELICIOUS! The hosts are lovely, knowledgeable and very friendly. We ended our wonderfully relaxing wine tasting experience by getting a bottle of their Carneros Rosé and our kiddos got trick-o-treating candy!! How fun!! We will definately be back here this summer! Can't wait!!

They have puppies for adoption through a local rescue and wine what better can it get!

Wine tasting is reasonably priced with generous pours. Staff gives you a helpful but quick explanation so you can enjoy the wine. I love the contrast between the industrial neighborhood and cozy tasting room setting. We did ours outdoors and there was ample spacing and shade. Wines were reasonably priced and we took home half a case.

This tasting room is set in an Industrial Park so when you pull up you don't expect to walk into the cutest little tasting room that you can't help but interact with the other patrons. The Vibe is so chill and fun that I'm convinced if only attracts the best kind of customer because legit my hubby and I had a wonderful time with everyone there including the owners who were behind the counter pouring the wine Aside from the atmosphere their wine was quite delicious! We walked away purchasing their 2016 Cab .

My friends and I had a great wine tasting experience at Livermore's newest tasting room that's just around the corner from The Block on East End. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly, and the wine was great. We left with bottles of Zin to enjoy later.

New tasting room in Livermore! Beautiful tasting bar with additional seating on the side. Loved all the wines and friendly staff! Very reasonable prices too! Right around the corner from Wood family.

First anniversary wine event with mushroom mama

Had such a great experience at their 1 year anniversary tasting event. This was our first time doing anything other than hiking since March since we have an infant, and I'm so glad we went for it. Tables were spread out way more than a measly 6 feet thankfully, and the wine and food pairings were all delicious. Thanks for an awesome time! We were in a parking lot, but it may as well have been Versailles gardens. It was so fun to get out and do something that felt normal without any of the risk.

Absolutely awesome!! A great little place with amazing people behind the counter. They turned a last minute visit with friends into an awesome afternoon adding new friends to the party. Thank you so much, Marie.

So I have very mixed feelings about this place. Some things are incredible. Some things are not…read moreso great. I am a member of the "Legends" club. So that to me means it's top of the line membership as indicated by their pricing and what we get. So I feel I should get top notch deals, pricing and service. Turns out, we get the same shaft as the lower club members. Starting with the good, the location is pristine. Nice area with lots of room for kids and adults to mingle and play. The wine is also pretty darn good. Of course there are some better than others but I enjoy most of their wine. The service is also for the most part very good. The waitstaff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Their food is also pretty darn good. It's not incredible, and a bit overpriced but it's fine enough. Their wine pricing is also fair (but of course with the highest membership we get the biggest discount). My biggest complaints would be the price gouging and lack of communication. We made arrangements on a Friday to show Sunday with 6 and asked for the "VIP space upgrade to lounge or upstairs Vista Patio Lounge (when available)". They said no problem. When we showed on Sunday they said it was closed with no notice. Just a sorry. OK whatever. We sit inside (6 people and 2 children) and they charge for 2 children a "non drinker" charge of $10 ($5 each). A head count charge for non-drinkers? For children? Total nonsense! I am spending over $1,200 a year here and you want to gouge me for someone's kids? Their tastings are $40 a pop which is really crazy. Our price is waived on this so that's fine but if you are not a member you are paying a lot for a little. The wines do take a bit of time to come and they don't give you a lot. Kind of a bummer waiting for the taste. We ended up with 4 appetizers (sliders $24, Charcuterie $25, Tater Tots $12 and Pretzel Bites with Grilled Sausage $16) 2 bottles of wine and $4.25 for water and the bill was over $250. Oh and top that off, with 6 people, they charge a mandatory 20% on the bill for a tip and are basing that with taxes (as the button default), not the actual sub-total so they are actually getting about 23%. All in all, I am not sure that the cost is worth what you get. I mean we are giving them a lot of money just to be members and then having to pay more and more for anything else that really should be included (like water and kids) makes this place just a bit too over-rated for me. Probably end my club membership in the fall and go someplace that doesn't place money first.

Roger took care of us, and his customer service was brilliant. We also received a complimentary wine glass, which was such a nice touch. We noticed Bryan helping the table next to us as well, and he also provided excellent customer service. The entire place was very pretty, clean, and organized. They had an outdoor fire pit and kindly turned it on for me since I was cold--it definitely helped keep me warm along with the wine! The dip and crackers were so good--I especially loved the creamy cheese dip. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake; it was okay... but I have to say, Domino's lava cake might still be my favorite lol. Overall, we would definitely go again!

Cons - our server asked to see our IDs immediately (which is not a problem as I always expect to show my ID). The problem happened when the server was adamant my partner was "not the same person" on the ID. He then pulled out a second government ID and she was insistent AGAIN that it was not him. At this point it was already an awkward beginning and she had to get another person to check BOTH his LEGAL IDs to make sure it's him. That was a weird start to the tasting. - the pours are very small. I realize it's a "tasting" but I have been to many places where they give you twice the amount of wine -we bought a bottle for home, but once we got home realized it was not the correct one (this is partially our fault because we did not check before we left) -outdoor seating can be a little chilly because not all seats have heaters Pros - we had a reservation on a Monday afternoon which was easy to make and we were sat right away - you get a welcome glass of their sparkling wine - Mondays are 2 for 1 tastings, so a great deal for a casual weekday outing - all the wines we tasted were great
