He was easy to talk to, gave us a very reasonable price (second cheapest out of all the companies we called), and right away pointed out that our lids weren't the standard 24-inch -- they were 30-inch, which not everyone works with. Stan referred us to Above Grade Septic to help find the right lids, and when I spoke with Candace there, she had nothing but great things to say about him. That kind of praise from someone in the same industry really sealed the deal for us. We ordered the lids online, and as soon as they arrived, Stan came out the very next morning. He pumped the tank (which hadn't been serviced in over 10 years), cut down both risers so they sat flush with the ground, and installed the new lids. My aunt was really happy with how everything turned out -- and she's not someone who's easily impressed. Stan showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he promised, and got it done efficiently and cleanly. I checked my account and found that two checks were cashed from my account from the same bank for similar amounts, The one I wrote, and a fraudulent check with a way different check number that I did not write. The bank reimbursed me immediately and is investigating. I hadn't written a check in over six months prier, and was not missing any blanks.
