My initial review was a one star…read more I called and spoke with Tabitha about getting my septic system pumped. They scheduled me for January 8th. The employee they sent out pumped my system and told me that another employee would need to come out and do a diagnostic appointment. He also pulled out all the floats from the last tank. He put those floats back in the tank unattached to anything so all float to the top of the effluent. He also warned that I would only have around thirty days to use my system. I did not understand at the time the float system and his time frame. I spoke with Tabitha about scheduling this diagnostic appointment. She stated they wouldn't have time until the 30th. I explained I would need another afternoon appointment as I work during the day. She said that would be no problem. I received a phone call and voicemail from Tabitha on January 29th at 2pm stating her tech was is my driveway waiting with all the replacement parts. This was odd as I was told it was a diagnostic appointment. I received a second voicemail on January 30th at 3 pm, stating they wouldn't have time not be able to come out until late the next week. I have since done research into my As Built. Klein Septic knew the problem and exacerbated it by removing the floats from the pvc pipe. They then contacted the county health department stating my pump is non operational on January 14th. It's been so long now I will need to have my system pumped again just to fix the floats and see what other problems were created by Klein's initial visit. I will also need to work with the county to get this bogus report removed from my property. At this point I feel Klein is dragging their feet to enhance profit by needing to pump the system to undo the floats from damage and charge for any extra services and products as much as possible. UPDATE!!! Five stars!!! Ken from Klein came out immediately and rectified the entire situation. Fixed the floats, explained my entire septic system and what had occurred. He said the report to county would be changed as well. Just a super knowledgeable person! Answered all of our questions and had a very positive attitude. Fabulous fabulous fabulous

Super fast service. The other outfit told me I had to contact a septic designer to get the job done. They also told me I needed a new drainfield!! Ripoff. Unfortunately they all said no or had high rates for the holiday/weekend. Luckily, my husband was able to get ahold of Andy and they came to our house today. My husband said Andy was really knowledgeable and made the experience a lot less stressful with his humor. Will definitely be calling them again if we have any other issues in the future (hopefully we won't need to ).

I called to schedule a pumping and inspection for my septic for my house that was being sold. The lady I spoke to scheduled us for both services for the second week of January. She even sent a text confirming the type of appointment and date. Fast forward, I called the day prior to our appointment to find out the time they would arrive and she somehow said she was under the impression we didn't need a pumping. I told her that is not the case and that I told her what was needed when we scheduled the appointment. Instead of her apologizing for her error, she proceeded to tell me what the buyers of my house want. Stating they don't need to be there for the pumping just the inspection. This is not the case. Working in real estate, I don't need real estate advice from a scheduling lady at a septic company. She tried to say they will schedule the inspection and pumping on different days. I told her that doesn't work as we are closing on the house very soon. We chose to go with a different company mostly because of her response and no apology for her scheduling error. Even when I called back to cancel the appointment, she continued to try to be combative about her error. Everyone makes mistakes and a simple apology and possibly moving appointments around to accommodate us would have gone a long way. Attached is the confirmation text she sent.

Well, the did come out and pump out my septic tank. They did not look at the cleanouts. They said…read morethere were no cleanouts. They failed the septic w/o a full inspection of the septic system and not just the tank. They only opened the main cap to do the pumping. I found the clean outs and found out why it failed. Wasn't that what an Inspection should find? I didn't expect them to fix it at that time. Not currently a fan even though they were reccomended to me.

We thought that it was due, and we were ready to pay the cost. Thankfully, as we were getting our septic inspected, we were thoroughly informed as to why our tank is far from needing a pumping. Much to our surprise, the gentleman says we are only at 30% and have a long way to go before needing it pumped. He could've walked away with easy money, but he chose the honest route. In this day and age, this means a lot to us. Not a single penny paid for the consultation and gas he put into coming to us. So, thank you for being a trustworthy company! We will definitely be calling you guys again in the future.

They didn't provide the full service that they quoted…read more Since they didn't have the proper equipment with them, they proceeded with the tests listed on the quoted without finishing the first task. Now I am at the same place as before they arrived with needing more work done. The main purpose of the work was to locate the service ports. If this wasn't able to be completed, then no other work should have been done until this could be finished. No call to verify next steps, nothing. This is not how to run a business. The owner mentions that the quote was for a set amount of time. This is not true. It specifically states $600 for 3 hours of work, then has an hourly rate after that. It makes no sense to do the inspection without finding the service ports. Now I am in the same position as I was before they came out, but down $1200
