This place is a total hidden gem. I got the hot chick and it was one of the spiciest sandwiches I've ever had, but it was also SO flavorful. Some restaurants burn your mouth with spice to hide bland flavors but that's not the case here. My husband got the Korean chick and is still talking about how delicious it was 24 hours later. Service was fast and friendly. We got some tenders too and they were just a little spicy but clearly hand breaded and seasoned. We will 100% be back to this place. A friend told me about Side Chick recently, so we decided to give it a try after visiting the website and reading the positive reviews. Parking is very easy as Side Chick shares a parking lot with the Manolo Supermarket next door. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. We both ordered the Side Chick and shared an order of fries. The food was brought out to us to a table in front of the restaurant. There are no tables inside, only four or five tables outside. As we waited we watched and most of the orders were to go. Our sandwiches were brought to use in about five minutes. A "Side Chick" is deep fried chicken breast on a brioche bun with homemade cole slaw and a secret sauce that seemed to be made of mayo and chipotle, plus pickles. The sandwich was very tasty and something refreshingly different from the usual. The combination of the crispy chicken and the sauce and coleslaw made for a great taste. The only problem was that as the brioche bun got soggy from the toppings the sandwich started falling apart. A messy eat for sure, but no problem. I would not get this as carry out, but would always eat it right away because of the sogginess factor. Something to consider. The fries were really good with the peel on them. They tasted fresh, not frozen. In summary, the service is fast and efficient and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The drawback is having to eat in front of the restaurant facing the parking lot. Also, as we sat outside we could see inside the restaurant behind the counter and it was not clean. They really need to clean this up, which is why I deducted a star. Regardless, we will try this again. Finally, I would like to point out that the prices on the photos posted on Yelp are incorrect. the current price of a Side Chick Sandwich is $10.15, not $5 or $7. read more

I really enjoy their chicken sandwiches. They're fresh and made to order. I usually call ahead, and it's ready or near ready upon my arrival. The fries are also really good and fresh. I like the lemonade, but it can be a bit off tasting at times, and it would be nice if they had larger cups but the food is so good it doesn't really matter since you can get fresh lemonade at other places. Heads up some of their items have coleslaw on them so if you do no like coleslaw I'd ask them to sub it or remove it before hand. Chicken was crispy. The fries are freshly made and tasted great.
