Every staff member seemed dedicated to the art of dining room perfection, but special recognition goes to Arturo, our server and part-time furniture engineer. The man could be seen adjusting silverware and napkins by literal millimeters while also ensuring not a single table dared wobble under his watch. Frankly, if NASA needs precision calibration help, they should call Arturo. A brief panic set in when I didn't spot one of my favorite appetizers on the menu: the legendary meatballs with whipped ricotta and marinara. I asked Arturo if they had been discontinued, and after consulting with the chef, he returned with the words every hungry patron dreams of hearing: "Of course we can make them for you."
