Pasta with fennel sausage

Beautiful interior feels authentic. The food was delicious and the bread is incredible. We ordered spaghetti, chicken parm and eggplant lasagna... everyone loved it. Service was top notch too.

Love Sibaritas. Clearly the best food in Pittsfield. I am stuck on the eggplant lasagna because it is so good.

This is definitely my favorite Pittsfield restaurant. We have been maybe 5-6 times now, both at the old and recently the new location. Every time we visit, they are consistent with excellent service. We dined in at the bar last night and despite it being a packed house, they still took great care of us. I had the formaggio, the pasta was cooked perfect, sauce was delicious and cheesy and the shrimp were plentiful and cooked nicely. Loved their white Malbec, I've never heard of it and they let me try a sample first. Love the vibes at the new location, very intimate/cozy. When you sit at the bar to eat you're in the center of all of the hustle and bustle which is fun. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We decided to have dinner at Siberitas while on a trip this Fall. Best decision we made! It's a very unpretentious, cozy restaurant. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The prices are really fair, and the food is amazing! We ordered the burrata appetizer, which was tasty. My husband had the lasagna and said it was delicious. I had the pappardelle formaggi with shrimp, and it was really good. This is definitely a hidden gem, and I recommend making a reservation.

BRESOLA CARPACCIO and then CAMARONES PARMESAN in the background.

All the food was amazing. The ambiance was relaxing. MANY gluten free options. We will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended.

Eggplant lasagna (which was a super thin layer at the bottom of the box), el classico pizza (dry and overcooked) and side of broccolini.

Excellent food and service. An out of the way gem. I'm always skeptical of a restaurant in an old house but this delivers 9 on a 10

We've been coming here for more than 13 years, and every time we visit the Berkshires, this…read morerestaurant is always a must-stop for us. Even after trying many other restaurants in the area over the years, this has remained one of our most reliable favorites. Tonight, we were seated at a cozy booth in the back, which was much quieter and more relaxing away from the vibrant bar area in the front. We each ordered a cocktail. Hubby had the Berry Tootsie and enjoyed it very much, while I ordered the Lavender Lemon Drop. My cocktail was light, refreshing, citrusy, and very easy to enjoy. Both cocktails were generously poured and filled right to the brim. For our mains, I ordered the full-size Linguine Zuppa di Pesce, while hubby had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of Brussels sprouts. My pasta was hearty, flavorful, and generously loaded with fresh seafood. Every bite felt comforting and satisfying without being overly heavy. The Chicken Parm was tender inside and topped with a flavorful tomato sauce and perfectly melted cheese. It was classic Italian comfort food done very well. Despite already having enough leftover pasta to take back to the resort, I still could not pass up the mango gelato for dessert. It was absolutely delicious -- light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, making for a wonderful ending to the meal. The hospitality was superb. Tiffin, our server, was wonderful throughout the evening. She was gracious, engaging, and attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile and thoughtful service from start to finish. After all these years, this is still a restaurant we can always count on for a wonderful meal.

The restaurant ambiance is a traditional nice dark wood and brass trim environment. We decided to order their grilled Halibut special over potato gnocchi. Very Delicious. As for their service, that was the weak point of the meal. Our server was not very friendly and customer driven. When we noticed other tables being taken care of more professionally, an example was when we asked for some EVOO for our bread and the server brings us an oil/vinegar rack used for salads. Other tables were given their special EVOO garlic upgrade. Overall the food was prepared perfectly by their kitchen culinary staff. Thank you. They do need to work with this one server because she was not their shining star.

Most of the staff are wonderful and location is great. I have been a regular customer for the past…read morefew years and have given this restaurant many chances because the food is generally good. Unfortunately, the way management handles pricing and customer concerns has become very disappointing, The issue is not with all the staff. Many of them provide very good service. However, there have also been times when service at the bar has felt rushed or dismissive, particularly on weekend evenings when one bartender appears more focused on closing customers out early than allowing regulars to enjoy their meal or drinks without being tabbed out before requesting such. That kind of experience, combined with the pricing issue, makes loyal customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The bigger issue is the repeated nickel-and-diming of regular customers. Most recently, I ordered a small pizza that was half cheese, and half mushroom, onion and sausage. I was charged the full topping price price for each of the three toppings as though the toppings had been placed on the entire pizza, even though they were only on half. On top of that, I was charged an additional fee because the other half was plain cheese-even though a cheese pizza is already base pizza. That kind of pricing is hard to justify and makes the regular customer feel like every small variation is treated as an opportunity to add another charge. When I first questioned the charge, the bartender's response was essentially "this is how it rings up in the register". That did not address the concern. a register entry does not make an unreasonable charge reasonable, and pricing can be adjusted when something clearly does not make sense. I then attempted to raise the issue with the owner and was directed to the manager. When I spoke with the manager, the response still felt defensive rather than customer-focused. I was eventually handed $2 and told, in substance, that because I was a regular customer, they did not want me to be upset. The way it was handled made it feel as though I was the one being difficult over a few dollars. That misses the point. The issue is not the $2. The issue is that regular customers should not feel like every order is an opportunity to squeeze out another charge. Regular customers notice when small charges do not seem reasonable or transparent. This was not an isolated concern. On Mother's Day, we came in expecting the regular dinner menu after being told dinner would be available. Instead, we were given a holiday menu with options selected from the regular menu at higher prices - around $7 to $8 more per entree - without anything extra included. On another visit, we were told there would be a $4 charge for extra bread, which also felt excessive. I understand restaurant's have costs, and I do not expect anything for free. But there is a difference between fair pricing and making loyal customers feel taken advantage of. When a regular customer raises a reasonable concern, it should be handled with professionalism, not defensiveness. This restaurant has good food, a great location, and some very good staff. But management's pricing practices and response to customer concerns have changed my view of this restaurant. After years of regular patronage, I walked away feeling like the loyalty of regular customers are treated like another revenue opportunity.

Perfect meal. Perfect service. Everything was delicious!…read more We visited for a family birthday and the welcoming on arrival was pleasant. Warm beautiful dining room with a wood burning fireplace, with a fire going, on a chilly night. Ann, our server was perfect. Perfect timing and flow, gave us recommendations and bussed empty glasses and plates every pass. They start you off with warm fresh Italian bread and a bean salad. Both were tasty and they also said popovers are coming. Another staff appeared with a piping hot fresh baked basket of popovers and gave us each one. It didn't even need butter. Amazing. It felt like being in a bakery in Italy or Europe. Next, our apps and salads arrived. The calamari was tasty, as was the mushroom beignets. I wasn't used to this style of mushroom caps but boy were they delicious. The salad was tasty and came with fresh homemade bread bits as croutons. Everyone at the table enjoyed the apps, the popovers, and our entree. The specials list and deserts sounded wonderful but it was just so much food, we were full. A+ all around and I will be going back soon.
