The pork ribs were the biggest surprise of the meal--my son even ranked them as his favorite. I still have to give the edge to the brisket, although I can't help but wish we had arrived early enough to try the prime rib. They come by to switch out the grill frequently, so even though there aren't vents right over the grill, it doesn't tend to get too smoky. When I used to run my own restaurant, I followed a principle: avoid anything unrelated to the core dining experience. Seeing many books on the shelves here, I understand they're trying to bridge Jianghu and artistry -- but it clearly feels out of place.
