Darnell who was helping out with the sale of my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 was also amazing. He took his time to go over all of the features and showed me how everything works, being excited and a bit overwhelmed not all of the info stayed with me. All I have to do is call and either of them is available to answer any of my questions. We were there for so long with paper work and financing and such that it seemed like the four of us (my boyfriend included) became friends. They don't make me feel like I am bothering them if I do call with a question. My first oil change of course was on them, but since I work in Pittsburgh and wouldn't get there until the garage was closed Isaac stayed and waited on me. He made sure that I was going to have a way to work the next day and also volunteered to meet me and get my car. That's customer service!!!! Isaac was also the salesperson to inform me that I was eligible for a refund from gap insurance and money back from an extra insurance policy that I had purchased from the dealer where I had purchased my previous new car. That dealer didn't tell me anything about getting any money back. Kudos to Isaac and Darnell they were and are the best. I also have to say that the finance guy ( I forget his name) made my experience here much more pleasant. Between these three guys Jim Robinson has it in the bag. Hang on to all of them. Thank you all so much for everything. Chris and Fuzzy Steubenville Ohio

From the laughter with my boys to the basketball hoop shots (our favorite), from the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and patient. This can be hard to find because of the chaos that sometimes comes with little ones. On top of that, they were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident in our decision. It's rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such a family-friendly atmosphere. Chris found us the absolute perfect fit (my new traverse!!!) and I can't wait to send my friends and family to him! If you're a parent who dreads bringing kids along when car shopping, this is the place to go. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone, even the littlest customers, feels welcome.

My wife was visiting her family in Pennsylvania with our four children, and on her way back to Ohio, her car broke down in the Cabela's parking lot. Called tow truck, they were not able to get it started and offered to tow it to the Chevy dealership across the street. This was already close to 5 o'clock. My wife is still 3 1/2 hours from home with four small kids in tow. I called the dealership and spoke to Brittany in the service department, I explained the situation to her and she went to work immediately, lining up a technician who could work late (was there till almost 8pm), getting the VIN number of the vehicle so they could start to track down parts. Fantastic service! While they were working on the vehicle, my family was able to relax in the lounge area. Their Service Manager drove around town to pick up parts after hours to make sure that they could get her back on the road the same day. Extremely thankful for the excellent customer service and how they went above and beyond for my family! Thank you!!
