We were driving on the interstate near the West Virginia and Ohio border, when we got a flat tire. Zach's Towing was dispatched to take care of us, and he made a bad situation so much better. We were originally told it would take anywhere from 45 to 70 minutes for the truck to get to us, but he was there in about 15 minutes. When you're pulled over on the side of a busy interstate with children in your vehicle, every minute counts! We're currently on our way back home again thanks to the speedy and friendly service of Zach's Towing.

By that time the slide out started to work and we didn't need the service but he said he still has to charge us. We were like ok, thinking it would be a service fee of $75. He charged us $328 to get out of his truck and write up a bill. He charged us for 54 miles at $1.50/mile and the shop was only 8 miles away. We have since disputed the fraudulent charges and will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and then I will be filing a complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive Repairs

My truck was repaired after a small accident. The shop called on a Monday and left a message stating my truck would be finished later in the day. I arrange a ride to tge shop for Tuesday afternoon and arrive at the shop. I tell the workers why I am there, and 15 minutes later they tell me that they " just pulled a truck into the bay for a brake job so they cant get my truck out. I will have to wait till they are done or come back later" This was unacceptable to me, my ride was on their lunch break, and I wanted my truck that was paid for already. And I told the workers I did not have time to wait, and woukd be unable to arrange another ride. Long story short, a person I believe to be the person in charge arrived and began swearing at me while I was standing outside of the shop on the phone with my insurance agent. I came right back at him stating this was all unacceptable. He then said that "your truck aint done yet. It needs one more part I will call you when its done". Not only was his grammar terrible, but he was now being a jerk to me for being upset that his workers screwed up! My agent called there, to no avail. Now his story changed to I am not releasing the truck until the insurance check clears the bank in case somone tries to stop payment on it. Stating that my agent threatened this , which my agent denies saying and denies is even possible. So, this guy was flat out refusing to give me my truck that he called me to tell me was done. At that point, I was forced to call the local Sheriff to have a deputy dispatched to mediate this situation. The antagonist then told me to " get off my property". I did so, and walked to the street where he followed me and kept inching nearer to me. At that point I was afraid for my safety. I was talking to my insurance agent and told her she may need to call local 911 for me. At that point he backed off. Once the deputy arrived, my truck was released and the antagonist continued to make snide and insulting comments about me, the clothes I was wearing ( he is obviously not an Ohio St fan), my appearance, and somehow he accused me of being a "Hillary Clinton voter" ( where that came from and what that is supposed to mean: I dont know). And on and on and on. I apologized to the deputy for his need to come out for this and he simply said, " believe me, I am not surprised" Like I said: the work was adequate, the experience was unacceptable.

Looks like they cleared some critical reviews so we have to put a honest one back…read more These guys are not easy to work with. Chris has some problems taking responsibility if any mistake is made. Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

Update after these horrible people quoted 3-4000 dollar quote they came up with starting my car…read morealone after 2 weeks. I went to a real honest mechanic and spent 600 dollars and was back on the road, running smooth. Come to find out they use cheap parts, and my problem was caused by the previous repair from Marcinos. No honesty just a scumbag operation. If they pay to have this removed I will repost over and over everywhere I can.

That encounter left our front end a bit discombobulated and unable to proceed. Sitting on the side of the road, our AAA tow driver, Russ Westfall was the beacon in the storm. Literally, we were experiencing monsoon like rain. Russ knew just what to do and how to help us. And help us he did. Not only did he (through the help of his beautiful bride) find us a hotel, he towed the car to his shop Westfall Auto Sales. By 9:00 am the next morning we were being picked up at the hotel to take us to his shop where we found the car not only drivable, but with little 'stitches' on its' bumper allowing us to make the 5 hour trip to our son's home to get the body repairs. We cannot thank Russ enough for 'taking charge' of two road warriors for the evening and for getting us back on the road safely.
