I never trust a car shop that tries to over sell me parts. If they try to take advantage on a simple job they'll screw you over in any work they do. My normal mechanic is always trying to save me money. I called another shop, they let me know any honest mechanic near wheeling will be booked out for months. This shop was empty and that is a sign I know now.

The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental. Great Job Jamie. Thanks

Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their rates are also very reasonable compared to other towing companies, which is a big plus. Another thing I really appreciate is that when they give you an ETA, they actually show up when they say they will. That kind of reliability is hard to find. I've had them handle multiple jobs for me, and they've consistently provided great service. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a towing company that is reliable, reasonably priced, and knows what they're doing.
