Didn't leave out of there until almost 4:30. Technician kept telling me it's done and almost done for an hour. Don't lie just tell me how long it gonna be, i would've gone else where. Ended up canceling my appointment for 5pm which is inconvenient. I can say they have good customer service, but bad turn around time.
