I literally had to drive to Town Fair Tire on a flat tire after one of your competitors turned me away and told me to come back the next day because they could not fit me in. Once Clerk #557 looked at my tire, he also let me know that my other tire was completely bald. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that. It showed me that your team took the time to properly inspect my car and did not rush through the job just because it was busy or last minute. Great work by great people. Thank you again to Clerk #557 and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

The salesperson showed me his calculations confirming the total was under $1,000, and I specifically asked if the alignment was included. He assured me that it was. However, once the job was completed, I was charged separately for the alignment, pushing my total past $1,000. Notably, the salesperson did not hand me the final invoice himself, delegating it to another employee instead. When I raised the issue, he argued that the alignment was never part of his original estimate. He then sarcastically offered to "remove" the alignment--an absurd suggestion given that the work had already been performed. Knowing full well that $1,000 was my strict limit, the salesperson became agitated, took an aggressive stance, and refused to honor his original quote.

NOT 'HALF TO A FULL DAY'. That's an ER visit for a human. In Connecticut, automotive businesses must legally provide a written repair or estimate before performing work, and treating a senior consumer unfairly regarding waiting accommodations can be reported directly as an official dealership business violation I asked the shop if I could wait when I made my appointment the week before and was told yes. What a miserable waste of time traveling to and from for ridiculous gaslighting and mistreatment. Two seats almost connected in front of an intake station and there was a loudly talkative man seated in one - guess he wasn't told minor routine maintenance would take all day.
