After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!

Steve the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Treats me as fairly as possible. They do great work and is my goto when I'm having an issue. The Staff is very personable/friendly.
