Once Clerk #557 looked at my tire, he also let me know that my other tire was completely bald. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that. Didn't leave out of there until almost 4:30. Technician kept telling me it's done and almost done for an hour. Don't lie just tell me how long it gonna be, i would've gone else where. Ended up canceling my appointment for 5pm which is inconvenient. I can say they have good customer service, but bad turn around time.

On Saturday I've waited as long as an hour+ for the test, on Friday it's was 10-15 mins. Obviously, your wait time is dependent upon how many people are in front of you. The technicians doing the tests have always been a pleasure to deal with. If you haven't been here before; the testing counter is on your immediate right when you come in, simply take a number and wait to be called. As with all CT testing locations, it's cash only for the test.

None of that would have happened with the older man in charge. Unfortunately, it's time for us to find a new place to take our cars.
