Refusal of Appointment: I had a confirmed 7:30 AM appointment, yet the advisor instantly blocked…read moreservice by fabricating an unrealistic, full-day timeline. Withholding Documentation: They scanned my vehicle's data and checked my mileage but refused to provide me with the standard intake ticket given to all other arriving drivers. 50K MAINTENANCE for my perfectly running Toyota is 1.5 hours per the dealership. NOT 'HALF TO A FULL DAY'. That's an ER visit for a human. In Connecticut, automotive businesses must legally provide a written repair or estimate before performing work, and treating a senior consumer unfairly regarding waiting accommodations can be reported directly as an official dealership business violation I asked the shop if I could wait when I made my appointment the week before and was told yes. What a miserable waste of time traveling to and from for ridiculous gaslighting and mistreatment. Two seats almost connected in front of an intake station and there was a loudly talkative man seated in one - guess he wasn't told minor routine maintenance would take all day.

I was desperately hoping that they would be able to repair my 2005 Subaru Manual Forester which had…read morebeen experiencing alarming episodes of brakes locking up. Not only were they able to repair the car, but Vinnie actually fabricated the spring for the hill start valve that had failed instead of getting all new replacement parts, saving me over $450!! No wonder they are booked solid! Above and beyond!
