Others in my party ordered a chicken sandwich and the SHELL-ebration (hope I'm spelling that right). Both looked so good! The service was also great where several employees came to check on our table more than once and offered their recommendations. We're looking forward to coming again!

The first time, the crawfish was good, a bit overcooked. It happens. I figured I'd come back another time and it would probably be fine. No big deal--everything else was great, and the service was good. Today I came back. The place was pretty full, which is usually a good sign. I picked an open picnic table literally about five feet from other people who were eating. There was a menu on the table and a napkin holder with the drink menu on it. The first server (very nice, very pleasant guy) politely asked me to move because they don't serve that table. I said no problem, even though the menus were right there. He personally walked me to another table and took my order. Then another guy (not nice at all) walked up and told me I had to move again. At that point, I just got up and left. I really wanted to give this place another chance because it's on my weekend route. But I felt disrespected, and it honestly pissed me off enough that I'm writing this review. I'm sure the food is great--I'm not knocking that. But the second server needs a job outside of the people business. The one star is for him.

Initially, the hostess told us they couldn't accommodate our party, but then they changed their mind. The interaction felt uncomfortable, as she emphasized their policies for large groups and mentioned that they normally require a minimum of $145 per person. She ultimately allowed us to bypass that requirement as long as everyone ordered an entrée. Our waitress, however, was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout the meal. I ordered the clam and mussel pot, which I found surprisingly bland, though the bread was delicious. The rest of my group seemed to enjoy their meals much more than I did. Unfortunately, there were also some cleanliness concerns. A spider descended from the ceiling onto our table during dinner, and another bug crawled across the table. There was even a bug zapper in the corner of the restaurant that seemed to be going off constantly throughout our meal. For a party of seven, our bill came to around $700. Given the overall experience, the food quality, and the atmosphere, it felt a bit underwhelming for the price.

They had a good crowd but still had empty tables so no waiting. Looking around seems most people are getting fried food. We love their grilled fish. I know I like la crema so mine was yum. The hush puppies were crispy outside and nice & soft inside. The dip had a nice kick...I'm guessing jalapeño ranch. Good app. We got shrimp & catfish and shrimp & flounder. The shrimp and fries were really good. My husband enjoyed his founder, too. My catfish, unfortunately, tasted strong of ammonia and was inedible. The server took it back and said they'd "figure it out". I wasn't asking for anything just letting them know. The chef told the server it was not bad but being from Louisiana I've eaten ten times my weight in fried catfish i know what I know. The server, Louie, was excellent. He was super gracious and we will come back because of him and his exemplary customer service. He took it off the bill and was very concerned I would be going home hungry. What a caring heart. Was going to give 2 stars but Louie's attitude bumped the experience to three stars. I'll review again next time but no catfish for me here. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful evening air and view.

They claimed they had no seasoning so we're sending crawfish out of the boil straight to people with no option of additional seasoning or types of butter. Crawfish very clearly had mud all over them still - lack of seasoning - even told us to come into the food truck for us to see if there was anything else for them to put on the crawfish. Over cooked and dirty crawfish are bad news for anyone who is looking for a good afternoon. Seriously unprofessional and subpar crawfish even at the price point.

Not a bar at all, they have canned beers and box wine ranging from $7-$13. Outside seating only so good for good weather days. Service was good. You would think at first glance between the ambiance and quality of food and customer service the experience that the tab would be cheaper but I got two lbs of crawfish, a single drink and kids meal (no drink, they only have soda and charged $2 for a bottle of cheap off brand water) for $50. It was just me and my son. Update after owners response: either I got scammed by the waitress or they recently lowered drink prices. For clarification I asked for a burger and waitress told me the only option available was the grilled cheese which was not worth $8 in my opinion.
