He gave me a quote to open a cometely clogged sink drain and we set up a same day time slot. It wound up that he finished a previous job earlier than expected and offered to come earlier. Of course I took the offer. Upon meeting Rob G in person, he was very cordial, clean, professional and took care of my clogged sink drain in less than 30 minutes. He made sure the drain was clear and fully operational and offered to call him back as a guarantee should there be any issue afterwards. Price was as quoted - NO bait and switch. I found Rob G to be very respectful, honest, and cares about his business/profession/work. You will see this from interacting with him but the proof is in his truck with how meticulously organized and clean it was. I am very happy to have hired him for the job and I highly recommend Urgent Drain for you DRAIN needs as this is their specialty.

In short, this is the worst run company that I have ever encountered.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in handling a recent service request…read more I experienced a pipe burst and contacted Michael at 2 pm. He informed me that he would arrive after 7 pm. I, as a service technician myself, prepared everything and ensured that all necessary steps were taken for his arrival. Despite not receiving a specific time, given his previous work at my home, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoped for a prompt arrival. However, waiting for 7 hours without any updates was frustrating. It is crucial that when committing to a time, an exact time is provided, especially for emergency calls. While I have no complaints about Michael's work quality and pricing, the significant delay and lack of communication were unacceptable. After finally receiving a message stating he would arrive at 10:30 pm that evening or 4:30 pm the following day, I have decided to sever all ties with Michael and will not be recommending his services to others. Punctuality and clear communication are non-negotiable for me, and I expect the same level of professionalism from service providers

What made this install unique was that I initially told Hoffman that I will be supplying the replacement water heater. But when the vendor failed to complete my order - over a 3 month period, Rich Hoffman extended to me all the patience you could ask for by obtaining the exact model of water heater I wanted and installing it in a matter of days. My old water heater wasn't leaking, so there was no real emergency. But Rich wasted no time to complete the install quickly nevertheless. That's quite a "personal touch" to deliver to the customer along wirh a PERFECT installation. Overall, this is DEFINITELY A 5 STAR REVIEW. You'll be very satisfied how Rich Hoffman Plumbing takes care of your plumbing needs with, of course, that "personal touch".
